HERE’S HOW WE KEEP OUR GUESTS HAPPY AND SAFE - Zion River Resort provides a 10% discount off the daily rate for Good Sam, FMCA, Military, and First Responder at the time of check-in, at which time you must present your current membership/ID card. - We welcome our repeat guests with a 15% discount as a “Thank You” for continued support. - Rates are based on 4-person occupancy. - Each additional person over the age of 5 yrs. is $5.00 per night. Day visitors are $5.00 per person per night and require a pass from Guest Services. - Rates are for one camping unit plus 1 vehicle. - We do our best to honor preferences; however, requested sites are not guaranteed - PETS are NOT allowed in our tent sites, camper cabins, suites, people traveling with tent trailers, or with RVs with canvas pop-outs/ups. Motorhomes and hard-sided travel trailers with air-conditioning are allowed a MAXIMUM of 2 dogs. - We will allow three dogs if they are each under 20 lbs. NO Pit Bulls or Rottweilers, or mixes thereof, are allowed in our park. - Activities, programs, and facilities may vary throughout the year. - All rates are subject to change without notice. -Please help us maintain our desert grass by avoiding placing mats, rugs, or carpets on these areas. We will be happy to help you choose just the right site for your preferences and needs. - All vehicles must fit on your site. If you have an oversized vehicle (extended cab, dually, etc.) that does not fit on your site, we will reserve a parking space for you at no additional cost. - All vehicles that do not fit on the site must be assigned parking space in advance. Failure to secure a pre-assigned parking space could result in your needing to be parked off the property. - All guests use the same stone steps to access the Virgin River. * Two sites do not have a fire ring due to their proximity to the propane filling station. Payment Policy: For RV, Tent, and Cabin sites, a $25.00 deposit is taken when the reservation is made. With at least 7 days' notice of cancellation, the deposit will be returned less a $5.00 cancellation fee. Reservations that fall within the Easter, Memorial, or Thanksgiving holidays require a $50.00 deposit at the time of reservation. With at least 14 days cancellation notice, the deposit will be refunded less a $5.00 cancellation fee. The suite requires a one-night deposit at the time of reservation and 14 days cancellation notice. With at least 14 days' notice of cancellation, the deposit will be returned less a $25.00 cancellation fee. Monthly reservations (28 days) are only offered during the Snowbird season and require a $100 deposit at the time of reservation and 14 days cancellation notice. With at least 14 days' notice of cancellation, the deposit will be returned less a $25 cancellation fee. While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement.
