Terms and Conditions: NO OUTSIDE FIREWOOD ALLOWED. Just as each of our Jellystone Park™ Camp-Resorts is unique and distinguished, their respective rates, packages, special promotions, and policies may vary. We always recommend our guests verify these details when making or confirming a reservation at a fellow Jellystone Park™. Rate/Reservation Validity Reservation confirmations are provided to you solely for your convenience. Yogi Bear's Jellystone Park™ Camp-Resort, with an address of 03403 64th Street, South Haven, MI 49090 and/or its affiliates or subsidiaries retain official records of reservation transactions, including details of dates of stay and Site rates. In the event of discrepancies, alterations, modifications, or variations between this confirmation and our official records, our official records shall control. Tampering with this confirmation to alter the Site rate or any other reservation information is strictly prohibited and will have legal consequences. Early Departure There are no refunds for early departures. Rate Requirements As some rates have special requirements at check-in, you should verify that you qualify for the rate that you have reserved. Yogi Bear's Jellystone Park™ Camp-Resort is not obligated to honor this rate if you do not qualify or do not have proof of qualification. Reservations A 2-night minimum is required for all reservations. Walk-Ins are always welcome and can stay for one night if space is available. Reservation made after the deadlines will require a non-refundable deposit. Discounted rates are offered Sunday thru Thursday, as well as Pre and Post Season. All reservations require payment in full at the time the reservation is made. Holiday Weekends have a 3-night minimum stay. Special Weekends consist of Harborfest (3rd Thursday + weekend in June), Blueberry Festival (2nd Thursday + weekend in August), Halloween (weekend's September 17th to October 30th), and are charged holiday rates. Special Requests Although Yogi Bear's Jellystone Park™ Camp-Resort will confirm specific Site types or Cabin/Cottage types at the time you make your reservation, normally requests for specific features such as location and/or actual site numbers are not guaranteed. While Yogi Bear's Jellystone Park™ Camp-Resort will strive to honor your request, we cannot guarantee that your request will be honored. Lost, Left, or Stolen Items Yogi Bear's Jellystone Park Camp-Resort is not responsible for items that are lost or stolen. We are not responsible for items that are left here or for shipping items back. We encourage all guests to take inventory of their items so that they can take all items back with them. Pets We are a Pet-Friendly Park and friendly pets are always welcomed. Guests are responsible to “clean up” after their pet. All pet droppings must be properly disposed of in a trash receptacle. Doggie Bags are located in designated areas and the store. Pets must be kept on a maximum 6-foot leash at all times and under the control of their owner. Pets may not be left outside unattended. Guests should carry proof of their pet’s current vaccinations. Pets are prohibited in Resort buildings and amenity areas. For the protection of, and in consideration of all of our guests, noisy, vicious, or unruly pets are not allowed. Guests who are unable to control their pets must remove them from the premises. The resort is not responsible for and will hold accountable pet owners for any injury or damage caused by the pet(s). In addition, the owner of a pet that causes injury or damage to others is expected to resolve the issue directly with the injured party. Occupancy Must be 21 years of age to rent a camp Campsite, Cabin, Cottage, or Golf Cart. Unless otherwise stated, Camping Rates are based on 2 adults and 4 children (children 4-17). Child 3 and under are Free. *Please note that children 3 and under still count in the occupancy limit Extra Adults/Children are $7/night and $10/night for Special/Holiday if staying the entire reservation time period. Extra guest fees must be canceled before check-in for a full refund. Once a guest has checked in to the site/cabin/cottage, Extra Guest and Visitor Fee’s become non-refundable. Additional Overnight Guest fees are $10/person and the Daily Visitor fee is $7-10/person. State Law dictates no more than 8 people (including children) per site. All vehicles must have a car pass. Only 1 car per site, please do not park on the grass. Extra cars must park in overflow. Cancellation Cancellations will be accepted up to 7 days before non-holiday arrival or 14 days on Holiday/Special Weekends. There is a $15.00 charge for all cancellations. Cancellations made less than 7 days on non-holidays will be charged a minimum of 1-night site rental for each site reserved and 2 nights will be charged on our Special Rate nights. On Holiday rate nights you will be charged a minimum of 3-night site rental for each site reserved if canceled within the 7 nights of arrival. Force of Nature Yogi Bear's Jellystone Park™ Camp-Resort will not be liable for any change or cancellation of any reservation that is caused, in whole or in part, by events, occurrences, or causes beyond the control of Yogi Bear's Jellystone Park™ Camp-Resort. Such events, occurrences, or causes include, without limitation, acts of God, terrorist activities, weather, strikes, lockouts, riots, acts of war, earthquake, fire, and explosions. While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement.
