Checkin Procedure: - Check-Out 10:30 am. - Check-In at 11:00 am. - If you need additional time, requests may be approved by management on a space-available basis. - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. General Policy: - All registered guests and visitors use Windhaven RV Resort facilities and amenities at their own risk. - The park is not responsible for loss, injury, acts of God or nature, theft of the belongings of any person, or death of any person while on resort premises. - No refunds if you should decide to check out prior to your departure date. - No vehicle or RV washing or draining of water storage tanks, including gray water, on the ground. We will direct you to a nearby commercial RV/Car wash. - Clotheslines are not allowed. They are a hazard. We have dryers in the laundry facility. - Please No Generators are to be used in RV Park. Trash Policy: - Bag all trash and place it in the dumpster. - Please No Furniture or Construction Debris. - Please do not put gloves or wipes down sewers. - Bag all cold charcoal briquettes and dispose of them in dumpsters. Sewer Connections Policy: - Sewer connections must be sealed. - Please DO NOT dump them on the ground. Cigarettes Policy: - All resort buildings, including the office, are SMOKE-FREE. Children Policy: - All children in the resort must be supervised by an adult at all times. Speed Limit Policy: - For the safety of yourself, visitors, and staff, please observe the speed limit of 10 MPH. Quiet Time Policy: - You and your neighbors should be quiet between 11:00 pm and 7:00 am. - All guests should be courteous to other guests; ensuring noise levels are acceptable, even during the day. - No loud music, loud TV, or shouting. Pet Policy: - We are not responsible for injury to your pet or a person getting injured by someone’s pet. - Every pet must be on a leash attached to its owner, to and from the pet playpens. - You may turn your pet loose to run once they are in the pet playpens. - During your pet’s nightly constitutional, keep your dog on a leash. - Any doggy accidents must be picked up immediately. - Barking dogs will not be tolerated. - Pets are not to be tied to anything in the play area or pet play area. - Pets are not allowed in any park buildings or children’s play areas. - The areas outside the resort are private property. - Pets are not to be walked outside of the resort. - Guests violating our standards will be required to leave without a refund.
