Westerly RV Park

General Rules: Westerly RV Park has no public restrooms and showers and therefore accommodates only self-contained RVs and no tents. RV sites must be kept clean and free of the trash. Noise must be kept to a reasonable level and proper behavior maintained in order not to disturb other guests. No parking or driving on the grass is allowed. Guests’ belongings cannot spill out into driveways, common areas, or other RV sites. No RV or vehicle washing is allowed on the premises. Pet Policy: Pets must be kept under the owner’s control at all times. No aggressive dog breeds are allowed on park premises. Please clean up after your pet and help us to preserve the peace, privacy, and cleanliness of the park for all our guests. If you fail to clean up after your pet, a $10 fee will be assessed for each occurrence. The dog run is located in the NE corner by the trash bin. During potential freeze seasons, guests are required to disconnect and properly turn off the Westerly water supply immediately after filling and are liable for the costs of any repairs resulting from frozen pipes. Long-term tenants must use propane as their heat source and have propane delivered regularly. If the tenant uses electrical heat sources, such as portable space heaters or heat lamps, an additional $100 per month will be assessed to that tenant for each device. Westerly RV Park is privately owned. As such we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. We will not be responsible for the loss of money or valuables at any time. We are not responsible for damage to your vehicles from any cause, nor are we responsible for any injuries to you or your guests. Park guests assume all risks and responsibilities for the safety and well-being of themselves, their minor children, and pets. It is your responsibility to provide adequate insurance to cover losses or injury, and damage to park facilities caused by you or your guests. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated in helping us maintain a clean, attractive, and safe RV park for all residents and guests. Westerly RV Park guests agree to hold harmless the owners of the premises from and against any liabilities, claims, demands, attorney fees, costs, damage losses, expenses, or compensation in connection with any loss, damage, or injury to any persons and property sustained by family members, their guests, or their pets. Additionally, if any of the above is incurred by Westerly RV Park in conjunction with a guest’s stay at the park, the guest agrees to immediately reimburse Westerly RV Park upon presentation of the billing. -While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement
