Check-In Procedure - Check-in any time after 1 p.m. - Check-out time is by 11:00 a.m. - The RV Camp is not brightly lit, so we recommend arriving before dark. - There will be a folder with your name and a map of your site on the kiosk in front of the office parking area. - The credit card used for your deposit will be charged for the balance of your total stay. - Guests will receive a registration form via email the day before their arrival date and are required to submit the form before check-in. - The office will remain closed, but our staff can be contacted via phone for any questions or concerns. - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. Reservation Policy - There is a 3% nonrefundable fee for online reservations that is collected by a third-party software company. - We cannot guarantee specific site numbers unless you have elected to pay a nonrefundable $25 lock fee. - We require a credit card deposit equal to 50% of your total stay. RV Policy - Tent camping, pop-up campers, and soft-sided trailers are prohibited. - There is a maximum of 2 dogs and 6 people per campsite. Extra Vehicle Policy - If you have extra vehicles or guests aged 7 and older, your credit card will be charged accordingly, and we will email a receipt. - Extra vehicles are an additional $4.00 per night. Extra Guest Policy - Extra people aged 7 and older are an additional $3.00 per night. Camping Policy - USE CAUTION around campsites, creek banks, creeks, and natural areas. - Slippery, sharp rocks or objects, steep banks, concealed holes, or uneven ground, and poisonous plants or harmful critters may be present. - CAMPING IS INHERENTLY DANGEROUS due to the risks related to R.V.s and/or the outdoors such as but not limited to exposure to high winds, falling trees, limbs, nuts, floods, and fire. - Please respect your fellow campers’ privacy by not walking through other campsites and refraining from creating a loud noise. - CAMP AT YOUR OWN RISK. Swimming Policy - If you or your guests are concerned about the water quality or conditions of either creek, do not enter the water. - The RV Camp is not responsible for any injuries related to swimming or wading in either creek. Firewood Policy - Bringing firewood from home is prohibited to control invasive pests. - There is no firewood for sale on-site, but there are several establishments nearby that sell local firewood. Parking Policy - Please do not park on or lay carpet over the grass. - Do not park vehicles on the concrete patio or paved road. - Do not tie anything or hang clotheslines from trees. Tent Policy - One shaded or screened tent is permitted. - Assemble on concrete patio or gravel only. Grills Policy - Do not place any grills or cooking elements on picnic tables. Quiet Hours - Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. Garbage Policy - Do not leave garbage or firewood at your campsite or in the fire ring when you check out. - Please use provided dumpsters. Pet Policy - Well-behaved pets are welcome. - Keep pets leashed, and do not allow them to disturb other campers with excessive barking or any type of aggressive behavior towards guests and/or their pets. - Do not leave pets penned or tied outside of your RV when you leave the RV Camp. - Please clean up after your pets. - Non-aggressive, well-behaved pets are permitted. - Maximum of 2 dogs per campsite. Restroom/Shower Policy - There are no shower or restroom facilities on-site. -All RVs must be fully self-contained Children Policy - Children must be supervised at all times. - Please keep children away from the antique farm equipment and wagons for their safety. - Parents are responsible for the safety and behavior of their children. - Please ensure children do not disturb other guests or walk through other campsites. - No sidewalk chalk, please. Wifi Policy - Wi-Fi use is limited to email and browsing. - No streaming of videos, skyping or large downloads and/or uploads. - Please turn your Wi-Fi connection off when not in use. Propane Policy - Nearby Tel-Star Propane fills tanks: (865)-453-4355 (located behind McDonald's on Wears Valley Rd). Nearby Laundry - Eastgate Laundry, 335 Wears Valley Road, Pigeon Forge, TN. Flooding and Severe Thunderstorms - The RV Camp is located within the 100-year flood plain and surrounded by tall trees. - Guests are required to keep informed about weather alerts issued by the National Weather Service. - If a flood advisory or warning, or severe thunderstorm advisory or warning has been issued by the National Weather Service, guests are required to remain near their RV so that he or they can ascertain whether their RV will need to be moved. Campground Disclaimer - This property is privately owned. - Guests accept camping privileges with the understanding that he or she does hereby release Up the Creek RV Camp and Little Valley Management, LLC (the “RV Camp”) its officers, employees, and/or volunteers of all liability for loss or damage to his or her property and/or injury to his or her person arising out of his or her use of the RV Camp’s camping facilities and agrees to indemnify the RV Camp, its officers, and employees against claims resulting from loss or damage to property or injury to the person of any member of the family or guest of the registered camper arising out of the use of the RV Camp’s camping facilities.
