Check-In Procedures - Check-in for the RV park starts at 1:00 pm and check-out is by 12:00 pm NOON. - We do not offer late checkouts on Friday or Saturdays. -RV's are encouraged to go to site first then come over to the hotel lobby to check-in - All other days are based on availability on the day of your departure. - All guest must be at least 21 years of age to check-in. Also, please call to notify us if you will be arriving late. - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. Safety and Comfort Policy - While at the Coral Sands, please be aware, we take the safety and comfort of all our guests seriously. - Disrupting any guests experience with inappropriate behavior or conduct including harassment, offensive, threatening or insulting language or any other means deemed inappropriate by management will result in dismissal from the property. - Please be kind and respectful to all guest, including our staff. Always exercise care, caution, and vigilance customary while staying on our property. - Coral Sands is not responsible for personal injury, any acts of theft, vandalism, and/or damages to guest's vehicles. - The Lobby is open 24 hours a day and 7 days a week. Please, feel free to call us at any time. Our staff is available to help and/or answer any questions you may have. Vehicle Size Restriction No semi-trucks will be allowed on property. Deposit Policy - We require a deposit on all reservations. The deposit consists of your first night's payment including the taxes. - In order to guarantee your reservation, the credit card, you provide at the time of booking will be charged for the amount of the deposit. - The remaining balance will be due at check-in. - Deposits for groups, monthly stays, and special events may vary. Hurricane/Tropical Storm Policy - No refunds will be given unless the National Weather Service orders mandatory evacuations due to a "Tropical storm/Hurricane Warning.” - The day that the National Weather Service orders a mandatory evacuation for Volusia County, we will refund any unused payments to a guest currently staying at the hotel, or any advanced deposit collected for a reservation scheduled to arrive during the hurricane warning/evacuation period. - If you choose to cancel your reservation or depart early, and there is not a mandatory evacuation, you will be subject to our regular cancellation and refund policies. Non-Smoking Policy - Coral Sands will be implementing a partial non-smoking property policy as of August 5th,2019-in order to provide a healthier environment for all guests. - We have selected smoking areas only. All other areas, rooms, cottages-including all common areas: pool deck/area, gazebos, grill/picnic areas, inside laundry room and all outside porches and wraparound balconies will become non-smoking for all guests and visitors. - As for the RV Park, this will include the common areas, pergola and bathrooms as well but of course you can do what you wish inside your own vehicles and inside the perimeter of your site. - Please be considerate of your neighbors as usual and pick up after yourselves. - Guests smoking in rooms/common areas stated above will incur a $250.00 fee and may be asked to leave after first offense. - This policy is strictly enforced. By signing this you agree to our policies while staying at the Coral Sands Pet Policy - Coral Sands does have certain cottages that are pet-friendly. - Please, inform the hotel when making your reservation that you are bringing a pet. - A pet fee of $15.00 per night, per pet, is required. There are NO pets allowed in the high-rise building, south cottages, on the beach, or in common areas such as the lobby and pool deck. - If there are any pets found in the high-rise or south cottages, you will be charged a $100 fine. - Pets must be treated for fleas prior to your stay, must be kept on a leash at all times and you must pick up after your pet. - Disruptive pets may be asked to leave without refund. - Any damage caused by a pet(s) will be charged to your room. - Breed Restriction: Akita, Chow, German Shepherd, Husky, Mastiff, Perro de Presa Canario(Cane Corso), Rottweiler, Wolf hybrids/mix of any kind, American Stafford-Staffordshire-Staffordshire Terrier or any mix of any kind. COVID-19 ***Please READ Carefully*** - In anticipation of individual concerns of guests, housekeeping shall not enter a guest room during a stay unless specifically requested, or approved, by the guest, or to comply with established safety protocols. - All In-room linen and towels must be bagged before leaving any room. Let Us know if you need anything by calling the front desk. - Fresh Towels and linen will be given in exchange during your stay. Extra pillows are on need basis only. - Housekeeping shall maintain the practice of cleaning rooms inside and out thoroughly following protocols for all check-outs. - We cannot have dishware or cookware in the rooms as of right now so please bring your own if need. There are many stores close by for plasticware as well. This is for sanitary reasons. We have wrapped coffee cups for every room and wrapped drinking cups. - No cash is excepted at this time, cards only
