- Nestled in the gently sloping foothills of San Diego County, RVers absolutely love vacationing at our park amongst the live oaks, pepper trees, eucalyptus, succulents, and flowers. Many animals such as deer, rabbits, turkeys, ducks, wood pecks, and hummingbirds also make this their home. Surrounded by vineyards and ranches we are six miles from the cowboy town of Ramona, 12 miles from the San Diego Safari Park, and only a 20-minute drive from the historic town of Julian. Neighboring towns including Poway, Escondido, and Lakeside and allow easy access to I-78, I-15, I-8, and Hwy 52. Close to city life, the coast, and major attractions but far enough away to enjoy the tranquil beauty of all the area have to offer!

- All sites require a 3-night minimum stay on major holidays.
- All reservations require a 1-night deposit and a major credit card on file.
- Specific sites may be requested but there are no site guarantees.
- Rates are subject to change if there is no deposit.
- Discounts may not be combined.
-No refunds after check-in.
- Regular reservations canceled within 48 hours of check-in date result in a loss of 1 night’s deposit.
- Holiday reservations cancelled within 1 week of check in date result in a loss of 1 night’s deposit.
- All other reservation cancellations result in a $10 fee.
- There is no fee to move a reservation, or partial reservation to a different date if it is prior to 48 hours to check-in. Reservations moved within 48 hours will be charged a $5 fee.
- Please bring a valid government ID for check-in.
- RV’s in fair to good condition only. RVs that do not meet our standards will be asked to not return again.
- No more than 4 people per tent site.
- No more than 6 people per RV site.
- Guests of campers must register with the office before going into the park.
- 1 vehicle per site unless otherwise approved.
- Pets are welcome (some dog restrictions apply).
- Dogs must be leashed AT ALL TIMES unless in the dog run.
- Cats should remain indoors unless leashed or created.
- NO pets allowed in buildings, pavilion tents, pool or playground.
- Please let us know if you will be bringing a service animal so we may note this on your reservation.
- NO smoking allowed in buildings, cabins, pavilion tents, pool or playground.
- NO tarps allowed & NO sleeping in your vehicle allowed.
- NO vehicle washing or repairs. NO RV washing or repairs unless approved by management.
- NO hunting or use of recreational firearms allowed in the park.
- NO WOOD FIRES allowed in our park, propane and charcoal only!
- All accommodations will have an additional $5 per night for the following Holiday weekends: Presidents Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Halloween, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years.
- While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement.
Cancellation Policy
MODERATE
If the guest cancels at least 1 week before your check-in day and time, they will receive a full refund (minus Spot2Nite convenience or resort fees). If the guest cancels within the 1 week before check-in, there will be no refund.
