Registration and Arrival
Check-In Procedure
- Check in from Monday to Friday in stop at the office.
- You can check during the weekend.
- However, we might not have somebody to assist you.
- While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement.
Firearms
- Hunting or the discharge of any weapon on the property is prohibited.
Utilities
- Do not tamper with any of the utilities in the park.
- You are not provided with a 20 and 40- amp Hookup.
- It is imperative that you only hook into one of these plugs.
- Use of both plugs is dangerous and will result in immediate eviction from the property.
Vehicles
- Vehicles are to remain in the designated areas for your space.
- All vehicles must be in acceptable physical and mechanical shape to be permitted to stay on the property.
- Non-working or "project" vehicles are not allowed.
Drugs
- This is a drug-free property.
- Any act of using, producing, or distributing drugs on this property will be reported to the authorities and result in immediate eviction from the property.
Pets
- Management must approve all pets.
- 2 pets maximum per site.
- Pets must always remain on a leash outdoors.
- No farm animals are allowed.
- No tethering or personal fencing of animals outside.
- If the pet is out, you are out with them.
- As the owner of the pet, you are solely and legally responsible for physical damages or personal harm your pet may cause.
Outdoor Items
- Lawn Furniture, cooking equipment, and a trash can with a secured lid are the only items allowed to be stored outside of your RV.
- Outdoor personal space must always remain tidy and clean.
Trash
- You are responsible for taking your trash to the dumpster.
- Trash can only be kept outside the camper if it is kept in a trash can with a secured lid.
Noise
- Be mindful of other residents and keep excessive noise to a minimum.
- Outdoor music may be played at a reasonable level no later than 8 p.m. on weekdays and 11 p.m. on weekends.
Fire
- As written in the Palo Pinto Recreational Vehicle Park guidelines, burn pits, or any open flame burning is not permitted.
- We are required to notify the county of any violation of this rule.
- You are allowed to use charcoal or gas grills for outdoor cooking.
Dumpsters
- Dumpsters are for compactable household trash only.
- No metal, wood, construction materials, mattresses, appliances, old BBQ grills, paint cans, or tires are accepted.
- Pine Valley will be in for any misuse of the dumpsters.
- The fine will be passed on to any tenant responsible for trying to throw away any items that are not allowed.
Cancellation Policy
MODERATE
If the guest cancels at least 1 week before your check-in day and time, they will receive a full refund (minus Spot2Nite convenience or resort fees). If the guest cancels within the 1 week before check-in, there will be no refund.
