Paradise RV Park II

- While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. - Parking- only park your RV in your rented space or in designated parking areas. Stay off the grass at all times. - Parking of Camper- only your slides can be over the grass a little. The rear of your camper can’t be over the grass. - Pets- They are yours and your responsibility, you must pick up after them and they can not be outside unattended. They are not allowed in the laundry facility of the bathhouse. - Garbage and Trash- everyone must keep their area clean. Place all trash in the garbage cans located at the entrance of the RV park. Do not overfill the cans, make sure the lid will close or place it in another can. - Water, Sewer, electrical items- All of these items must be placed on the concrete, if there isn’t room, put them behind your tires. Make sure you don’t have any water leaks. - Quiet Time- no loud talking or music after 10 pm. - Children- under the age of 12 must be supervised at all times. - Laundry Facility- open at all hours, you must have a code to enter. Always pick up after yourself and help to keep this area clean. Do not wash pet bedding or toys in this facility. - Bathhouse- Always pick up after yourself, take all items out that you bring in. - Smoking- is not allowed in any building. Do not throw cigarette butts on the ground. - Outside Storage and/or Appliances- are not allowed. - Speeding-max speed is 5 MPH, be aware at all times. - Cable and WiFi- These are free services, we will do our best to keep them in working order. - Window Units- Not allowed. - Cooking Outside- Always welcome, clean up after yourself, and don’t leave leftover food or charcoal on the ground.
