Check-in: - Check-in after 1:00 p.m. EST on the day of arrival. Check-Out: - Check out before 11:00 a.m. EST on the day of departure. - Late check-outs are subject to an additional night charges. Rates: - Rates are based on 4 person occupancy. Additional guests are $3.00 per guest/day. - Rates include water, electricity, sewer, and free Wifi. - All taxes and fees are included in the total provided. - Reservations require a 50% deposit and are non-refundable, non-transferable. Holiday Reservations must be paid in full at the time of booking and are non-refundable. Nightly: Inside or Outside Ring - $62.00/night + tax - Total: $69.44 - 3-night minimum is required for most reservations Weekly: Outside Ring - Sites 1-20 - Includes 7 Nights and can begin any day of the week based on availability. - $403.00/week + tax - Total: $451.36 Weekly: Inside Ring - Sites 21-28 - Includes 7 Nights and can begin any day of the week, based on availability. - $363.00/week + tax - Total: $406.56 Site Numbers are NOT guaranteed and are subject to change. However, we will do our best to accommodate your request. All rentals are subject to 5% Bed Tax and 7% sales Tax Monthly Rates: Based on availability - Call for Quote and Information At Old-Salt RV Park, we want all our guests to feel comfortable and have a wonderful experience in our park. Please help us make this possible by reading and following the Rules and Regulations of the park. - NO BOAT/BOAT TRAILER PARKING - Rates are based on 2 people per site. Additional charges apply for additional family members/guests. 6 people maximum per site. - All vehicles, RVs’ entering the park must be properly licensed and insured. Management reserves the right to approve all units to be accommodated at the park. - No commercial vehicles allowed. 2 Vehicles allowed for all campsites on the outside ring. 1 Vehicle allowed for all campsites on the inside ring. - Tropical storms and hurricanes may require you to vacate the park. All guests will abide by Mandatory Evacuations and agree to remove their RV in such cases. There are no refunds due to the weather. - Management is not responsible for damage, injury, or loss to either person or property. - The owner/management of Old Salt RV Park LLC absolve themselves from all liability and responsibility pertaining to loss by fire, theft, weather, acts of God, property damage, accident, or any other cause whatsoever, and guest agree to save, protect and hold harmless Old Salt RV Park LLC from all such liability. - Quiet Hours are between 11:00 pm EST – 8:00 am EST. Please keep outside voices to a whisper during these hours. - Parents are responsible for the whereabouts, safety, and conduct of their children at all times, keep an eye on them, please. - Children under the age of 12 should be accompanied by an adult to shower facilities & laundry facilities. - DO NOT tamper with electrical or plumbing systems. Guests are not allowed to make repairs to the RV Park or any property of the RV Park. - Any rude behavior, public intoxication, nudity, or vulgar language will result in immediate removal from the park. - No firearms, bb guns, pellet guns, slingshots, dart guns, bow & arrows, or hunting allowed on-premises. - Personal protection is allowed on persons concealed with a legal carrying permit or in your vehicle. - Visitors are not permitted into the RV Park after 11:00 PM without consent by Old Salt RV Park obtained beforehand. - All overnight visitors must park their cars in designated visitor parking spaces. - No Guest, invitee, or visitor of a Guest may camp or sleep outside the Guest’s RV in their cars. - No parking on grass or streets. Guests, including their visitors, guests, and invitees are not allowed to park on either the grass, the streets, or other camper sites. - Per Florida Law no clotheslines are allowed. - No Smoking in any campground building. Please do not litter and please place cigarette butts only in containers provided. - Containers are located outside the laundry house entrance and bathroom entrance. - No trimming. Guests are not allowed to trim any of the trees in the RV Park without the prior written consent of Old Salt RV Park. - No Washing of vehicles, RV’s, or boats at campsites. - Please keep your area and the exterior of your RV clean and tidy. No personal property or debris is allowed to be stored on the RV site. - Please do not move picnic tables or benches from any other site. - Sewer Collars are required by Florida Law for all units. Guest must have airtight connections Sewage including greywater, must be NEVER be allowed to leak or seep onto the ground or parking area. - No Fish Cleaning: No fish cleaning is permitted within the park. Most public boat ramps within the area offer fish cleaning stations. - Trash: All trash must be tied-up in trash bags and put in the dumpster. - Please no outdoor electrical units. Refrigerators, freezers, and air conditioning or heat units are prohibited. - Campfires must be in pre-approved fire pits provided at each campsite. - Fireworks are prohibited per Florida Law. - Pets: All Guests who have pets are required to disclose and identify their pets to Old Salt RV Park - Speed Limit in the park is 5 mph. Please obey the speed limit at all times. - No constructing fencing, decking, or shelters. Constructing, building, or erecting temporary or permanent fencing, decking, and/or shelters covering your RV is prohibited. - Occupancy is subject to Florida Statutes 513.114, 413.117, 513.121, and 513.13. - Guests are required to sign the Agreement acknowledging their compliance with the specified pet rules and regulations. PET POLICY (Any Guest fails to comply with the Pet Policy, the Guest will be asked to leave.) - No more than two pets allowed per site. - All pets must be kept on a handheld leash when outdoors. - Pets are not permitted on other Guests’ RV sites. - All Guests are required to clean up after their pet(s). Pet waste should be bagged, sealed, and placed in the garbage. Bags for pet waste are provided near the Bath House. Old-Salt RV Park reserved the right to assess a $25 per occurrence fee if you fail to clean up after your pet(s). - Barking, excessive noise, or other pet behavior that disturbs other guests is not permitted. If Old-Salt RV Park becomes aware of such behavior, management will notify you and request you to take action to correct the problem behavior. If such behavior continues after a second notice from management, you will be required to remove the pet from the RV Park within 24 hours after notice from management. - Pets are not permitted to be tied or chained outside the pet owner’s RV. - No temporary fencing is permitted. “Playpen” fencing no taller than 20” is permitted. - If your pet displays threatening or aggressive behavior which Old-Salt Rv Park, in its sole discretion, deems to be dangerous or problematic, you agree you will promptly leave the Old Salt RV Park upon request from Old Salt Rv Park with no recourse against Old Salt Park and no claim of reimbursement or compensation from Old Salt Rv Park. - No mean or aggressive pets allowed. ​Deposits and Payments: - 50 percent deposit is collected at the time of booking a reservation for all nightly and weekly reservations. - All nightly and weekly deposits are Non-Refundable and Non-Transferable. While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement.
