Please help us make your stay here more enjoyable through your cooperation with the following simple rules: Check-In -Check-in is between 9:00 am - 2:00 pm. If arriving outside of check-in time, please call 936-777-5289 to arrange your check-in time. Check-Out -Check-out before 11 a.m. on the day of departure. Please make arrangements prior to 10 a.m. if staying an extra night. Quiet Hours -Quiet hours are from 8 p.m. to 8 a.m. RV Guests (Pets allowed) Speed limit 10 mph Laundry -The laundry room is 24 hours. Please keep laundry facilities clean. Please do not hang clothes on lines or trees at the campsite. Community Center Hours - 8 a.m.- 10p.m. daily. Pets- -Animals must be kept on a leash at all times and may not be left unattended at the campsite. Animals may not be tethered to utility fixtures, picnic tables, trees, or fences. Animal waste must be picked up by the pet owner. -Pets are Restricted to Canines/Dogs Only. Breed Restrictions. A licensed veterinarian must certify health and breed. The following dog breeds are not permitted in Lost Lake Rv Park. “Pit Bull” Breeds (including but not limited to: American Staffordshire Terrier, Staffordshire Bull Terrier), Wolf-Hybrids, and any other pets deemed unacceptable by management. -Upon guest’s signature below, guest guarantees that the pet listed above is not a pure-breed or mix of any breed/species listed within the Pet and Breed Restrictions. Guest acknowledges and agrees that guest(s) shall be strictly liable for any personal injury, liability, loss, or damage to any person, guest, occupant, invitee, or visitor present or located at Lost Lake RV Park, relating to or caused by a guest, guest’s occupants or invitee’s ownership, possession or control of a canine, that may be present upon Lost Lake RV Park property, grounds or premises. Guest further acknowledges and agrees that guests shall be jointly and severally liable and shall hold Lost Lake RV Park harmless for any and all liability arising out of, relating to, or caused by guests ownership, possession, supervision, and control or guests failure to keep control of the pet who is designated on, pursuant to and consistent with Lost Lake RV Park rules. Garbage -Help us stay clean by depositing all garbage in the dumpsters located next to community center. LOST LAKE RV PARK RULES -Payment is due on the 1st of each month; the 2nd day is a 25$ late fee followed by 15$ per day until paid. Not to exceed 5 days. -No tents or pop-up campers are allowed in the park. -No tires, rims, 55-gallon drums, generators, freezers, refrigerators, or any other items allowed outside unless approved by management. Outdoor items should be neat and orderly. -RV, trailer, or 5th wheel must be within 15 years of age if older management must approve. We reserve the right to refuse service to any rig based upon its appearance and condition. -Treat your fellow neighbors and management with respect. -Management suggests RV owners provide their own 30/50-amp GFCI receptacle “surge protector” to protect their RV/trailer. If RV/trailer owner chooses not to RV/trailer owner releases Lost Lake RV Park from all liability for any damages. -RV/trailer owners may not sublet RV to anyone. If sold or given to someone else, the RV must be moved immediately unless the new owner updates their information to the office and signs proper paperwork. -TEXAS LAW requires that a sewer hose must be fastened using a threaded connector or rubber donut. Also, make sure if you have a separate greywater connector that they are tight and connected properly. -No loud parties, excessive noise, big groups, or large gatherings will not be tolerated as determined by management. No wind chimes/wind-powered noise-makers, Quiet hours are from 8 pm to 8 am. -Hazardous materials or foreign chemicals, including any kind of grease, cleaners, paint thinners, batteries, shall be discarded properly and not anywhere on the property. -Cigarette butts need to be disposed of in a proper container. Please do not leave cigarette buts lying around the park. -Children are to be supervised, and parents/guardians are to assume responsibility for all actions of their children and their guest’s children. -No large steps or porches or covers of any size unless approved by management. -No digging or erecting poles without the approval of management (including satellite dishes). -No tampering with the electrical boxes. Notify management if there is a problem. -Please put household garbage in the dumpster. -Do not pour any substance out onto the ground. -No swimming pools or water features, sprinklers, slides, etc. -Keep grass free of all items. -The park is not responsible for damages -.We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. -By law, Lost Lake RV Park is a service-oriented business, and therefore we do not have a tenant/landlord relationship with any daily/weekly/monthly guest. -Boats, trailers, extra vehicles, etc., are not allowed to be stored in the spot but may be parked in park storage check with the office. -We reserve the right to refuse continued residency privileges to “offenders” of park rules. -Emergencies: CALL 911 -No disruptive, aggressive, or threatening behavior toward our staff/employees/contractors or toward other guests. Violating this rule will result in your removal from the RV park. -Management and Lost Lake RV Park is not responsible for loss or damage to any guest’s property due to theft, vandalism, fire, accidents, or bad weather/act of God. Guest’s of Lost Lake RV Park expressly assumes all risk of such loss or damage and is responsible for carrying his or her own insurance. -In addition, damages of any kind caused by guests or visitors of the park shall be billed to the daily/weekly/monthly guest. -Any additional questions or concerns should be directed to the management. PARKING & VEHICLES -2 Vehicle limit on each site plus your RV -All vehicles, including RV, must have current registration, inspections & license plates. -All vehicles must be in operational condition -Speed limit is 10 mph -Parking in vacant RV spots will result in being charged the daily rate and/or vehicle being towed. -Park in designated areas only, No parking in the grass PET RULES -Pets must be approved by the management, with no aggressive breeds. -Pets must always be on a leash and with their owner when outside – NO EXCEPTIONS -Pets cannot be tied outdoors and left unattended, and owners MUST pick up after their pets. Do not allow pets to “visit” other sites to do their business. -Uncontrolled barking when left inside alone will not be allowed. -Clean up after your pet always. If not, you will simply be asked to leave. -Limit 2 pets per spot unless approved by management. -While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement.
