Lindy's Landing RV Resort is located in the heart of the San Joaquin Valley on the banks of the King's River in Reedley, CA. Our Park has green grass, tall broad trees, and cool breezes. It is a great spot for family reunions, overnight camping, day picnics, swimming in the lagoon, and boating on the river. Here at Lindy's Landing, we offer a fun atmosphere, while still maintaining a quiet, relaxed environment.

Rules

Check-In Procedure - Check-in at 1:00 PM - Check-out at 12:00 PM - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. General Policy - All persons entering the campground must register. - Do not pass out the gate code to other people, anyone caught sneaking in or distributing the code will lose campground privileges. - All campers will occupy and place the equipment only on the assigned campsites. - Gambling is prohibited. - No person shall remove or injure any plants, trees, flowers, or rocks found on the land. - No person should post signs or notices on the land. - No person shall intentionally expose themselves in a lewd manner. - No person shall obstruct vehicular or pedestrian traffic. - No person shall engage in fighting or violent, tumorous, or threatening behavior: or engage in any other activity which violates the Penal Law. - The bathrooms, the office, clubhouse approaches, and floors may be slippery and are all cautioned to be careful around these areas. - There are wild animals in the area including numerous insects, spiders, and other animals some of which may be poisonous, and extreme caution should be used as a result. Permit Policy - Campers must be at least 18 years old to get a permit. - Permit holders must have identification and proof of age, and furnish the full name of everyone in the camping party. - All campers must obtain a camping permit. - Camping permits for tent sites will not be issued for more than 10 nights but may be renewed depending on the availability of sites. - The permit holder is responsible for the conduct of everyone under 18 years old and is liable for any violations of the rules and regulations. - All campers under 18 years old must be accompanied and supervised by the permit holder. Day Use Policy - Anyone who is not camping overnight is a day user. - Day use hours are from 8 AM to 8 pm. - Day users are not allowed between 8 PM and 8 AM. Fire Policy - All fires must be built in the fireplaces provided for that purpose. - No fires are permitted except for cooking, or warmth. - No fire shall be started until all nearby flammable material has been removed to prevent its spread. - Firewood cannot be gathered on site. - Fires cannot be left unattended. - Fire pits should not be touched or moved. - They can be very hot. - No person shall possess fireworks. Quiet Hours Policy - No loud music, quiet times must be observed between 8 PM and 8 AM Sunday to Thursday and between 11 PM and 8 AM Friday to Saturday. Garbage Policy - No person shall deposit garbage or refuge on state land or structures. - ALL trash must be properly disposed of in trash bins located throughout the Resort. - (Leave your area in better condition than you found it). Violent Policy - No person shall engage in fighting or violent, tumorous, or threatening behavior: or engage in any other activity which violates the Penal Law. Restricted Policy - No person shall play athletic games or other activities of a rough or boisterous nature except in designated game areas. - No person shall possess firearms. - No person shall discharge firearms. Guests Policy - All guests are advised to wear shoes at all times due to thorns, broken glass, bottle caps, and other dangerous things that may be on the ground and which might pose a danger to bare feet. - No Littering Vehicle Policy - ATVs, dirt bikes, go-carts, or any other motorized recreational vehicles may not be ridden in the park. - All vehicles, trailers, and RVs must be parked at least 3 feet from the site perimeter. - Do not park in neighboring lots. - Boat Trailers must be parked in the designated boat trailer parking area. - We have zero tolerance for the possession or use of illegal substances in the park (This is a drug-free park). Speed Policy - The speed limit throughout the entire park is 5 MPH Swimming and Beaches Policy - Swimming at the beach is prohibited from one-half hour before sunset to one-half hour after sunrise. - Changing into our out of bathing suits is prohibited except in fully enclosed tents, trailers, or in bathhouses. - Possession of glass containers at the beach is prohibited. - The river has a sandy bottom and is constantly changing therefore, no diving is permitted. - The grounds are uneven with holes, tree roots, and the like which may cause a hazardous condition and you are cautioned to be on the lookout for such hazards. - No swimming in the boat launch area. Children Policy - All children need parental supervision while swimming, there are no lifeguards on duty. Pets Policy - Two pets per site maximum. - No Pit-bulls, Dobermans, Chows, or Rottweilers. - No exotic pets or reptiles. - Proof of valid Rabies inoculation must be provided before any dog is allowed in the campgrounds. - Pets must be confined or leashed at all times. - Pets are not allowed in any campground buildings. - Pets shall not be left alone or unattended in the Resort. - Pets are to be cleaned up after. - No farm animals or reptiles of any variety. - All pets must have proof of immunization. Refund Policy - In order to receive a refund the reservation must be canceled two weeks prior to check-In.

Cancellation Policy

MODERATE If the guest cancels at least 1 week before your check-in day and time, they will receive a full refund (minus Spot2Nite convenience or resort fees). If the guest cancels within the 1 week before check-in, there will be no refund.
