Rules

Check-In Procedure - Check-in is 12 pm (noon) - 9 pm. - Check-out is 11 am. - Upon check-in, please go directly to the office. - If you are arriving after 9 pm, you can check in at the office the following morning. - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. Sewer and Water - Sewer and sink waste-water connections must be airtight. - State law prohibits any waste-water runoff to the ground. Business Operations - Any type of business operation in the campground is prohibited. Parking Policy - Only one RV and two vehicles per space. - Do not park in a vacant RV space or gravel areas. Dumpsters - There is a large dumpster in the northeast corner of the property that you can use for household-type refuse only. - Do not dump any hazardous debris. Pet Policy - Pets are allowed but must adhere to the pet rule contract, and you must provide pet vaccination paperwork. Visitors - You are responsible for your visitors, adults, and children. - Your visitors are not allowed to bring pets into the RV park. Vehicle Washing - No RV or vehicle washing in the park. Oil Changes - Please do not change the oil, or tires, or work on vehicles in the park. Fireworks and Weapons - The use of fireworks, slingshots, or BB guns is prohibited. - Discharging of firearms is prohibited at all times. Illegal Activities - No smoking or alcohol in the office, restrooms, or laundry area. - The use or possession of illegal drugs constitutes immediate eviction from Lea County RV park. Site Maintenance - All spaces must be kept orderly and clean, litter-free, including cigarette butts. - No clotheslines. - No boxes, tools, or junk. - Open campfires are prohibited. - The BBQ grill is acceptable. Music and TV - Please keep music and TV volumes low as a courtesy to your neighbor. Quiet Time - Quiet time is from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Driver Policy - The driver must be 18 years old and older. RV Slots - Use only the RV slots assigned to you. - Please do not move into another space without contacting and getting approval from the office. Cancellation Policy

Campground Cancellation Policy - If you cancel on the day of your reservation before 11 am, you will receive a full refund. - Cancellations made after 11 am will not be refunded. RoverPass Cancellation Policy - Note: All refund calculations exclude the RoverPass service fees and credit card processing, which are non-refundable. - The platform and processing fees are non-refundable. - All Spot2Nite reservations require payment in full at the time of booking. - Please contact Spot2Nite to cancel a reservation via email to [email protected] or call (877)778-2683, Option 1. - Spot2Nite convenience fees and credit card processing fees are non-refundable.
