Rules

- While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. - For the comfort of all guests, please keep noise to a minimum after 10 pm - Check-in is at 1 pm and check-out is at 11 am. If you would like to extend your stay, please let us know before 11 am. Due to prior reservations, we may ask you to transfer to another campsite for the remainder of your stay. - Prohibited: firearms, fireworks, for sale signs, tents (of any kind), vehicle washing and fluid changing (for environmental reasons), vehicle repairs, open fires, fire pits, or chimeneas. Yard sales and solicitations of any kind are prohibited. - Swim at your own risk; there is no lifeguard on duty. Children under 16 should be supervised by an adult and are not allowed in the hot tub, as the heated water can be dangerous to small children. - Fitness Center Hours are 5 am to 11 pm. Must sign a waiver in the office prior to use. - In case of emergency, please call 911, then our supervisor at (813) 244-1248. - Please use our trailer parking area for your tow dollies and please do not park on the grass. - We make every effort to see that our guests receive mail deliveries. Be sure to direct your faxes, mail, or package when you leave. - Our sprinkler system goes off periodically throughout the day and night. Be sure to keep your windows closed, especially when you leave your couch. We are not responsible for any damage caused by the sprinklers. - Put out bagged and sealed trash bags and recycling on your site before 4 pm every day. - Single stream recycling is available. - Lazydays is not responsible for any items lost, stolen, or damaged items.

Cancellation Policy

MODERATE If the guest cancels at least 1 week before your check-in day and time, they will receive a full refund (minus Spot2Nite convenience or resort fees). If the guest cancels within the 1 week before check-in, there will be no refund.
