Rules

Jellystone Park™ Mammoth Cave is a family-oriented park. We want everyone to have fun, enjoy our facilities and have a relaxing stay. Please respect other campers and our park facilities. This only be possible with your help. Please inform all members of your camping party of the policies of the Camp-Resort. Please abide by all posted regulation signage throughout the Camp-Resort. Here at Yogi Bear's Jellystone Park Mammoth Cave, we have been hard at work updating and enhancing all of our cleanings and sanitizing procedures, adjusting our recreation activities to comply with social distancing, and researching the best practices to take care of guests in this new operating environment. Additionally, our recreation team has developed a number of new activities which can be done while maintaining social distancing. To prepare yourself for some of those activities, please download Zoom and the CampersApp mobile app in the App Store or Google Play store before arriving. Both products are free. If you are going to have two vehicles you must register both in order to get two gate passes. There are no visitors allowed in the campground. We are open to registered guests only. Golf Carts: We still offer golf carts for rent; however you must limit their usage to your family only. No ride sharing be permitted at the present time. Face Mask: We encourage the use of mask/face coverings by our guests and staff. The State of Kentucky requests everyone to wear face masks while in public when entering public . This applies to any and all park comment areas and common such as pavilions, the registration area, and the store. Please note that masks are not required at your campsite, in your cabin, or while you are taking a walk, riding your golf cart, or riding your bicycle. Please remember that the CDC cautions that cloth face coverings should not be placed on children younger than 2 years of age, anyone who has trouble breathing, or anyone who is unconscious, incapacitated, or otherwise unable to remove the cover without assistance. Our staff be wearing masks whenever they may be in potential contact with guests. Hand Sanitizer: Hand sanitizer be available at a number of locations throughout the park. Frequent handwashing with soap and water is always encouraged. Social Distancing: We need to manage a social distance of 6 feet (2 meters) between family units while still ensuring we all have a good time. Activities frequently be based at your individual campsite cabin and the number and location of picnic tables throughout the park be adjusted to meet the objective. Cleaning and Sanitization: We want to reduce touch areas whenever possible and sanitize "high touch" surfaces frequently. We have significantly enhanced the sanitizing procedure for our cabins and campsites. Our guiding principle is that if there is an area we cannot properly clean, it be closed to the public. Activities and available facilities may vary throughout the year. Prices and amenities are subject to change. Advance Reservations are highly recommended, especially for summer, holiday, and Halloween periods. A credit card deposit is required when making the reservation. Non-holiday cabin and campsite rentals require a minimum of two (2) night stay. All reservations for more than two (2) nights are firm upon arrival and no refunds be allowed for early departure. Must be 21 years of age to make a reservation. All guests must check-in at the Ranger Station before setting up on a campsite. All visitors must check-in at the Ranger Station as they enter the park. Behavior: Yogi Bear's Jellystone Park™ is a privately owned camping resort. Most people have good sense and respect for others. If you do not, remember that we enforce our rules to protect our campers and our park. Loud, rowdy, or other inappropriate behavior of any kind result in your removal from the Park without the benefit of any refund. Management reserves the right to evict, at our discretion and without refund, any person whose conduct is objectionable violates Park rules. Cabin Cleaning: Cabins are expected to be left in reasonable clean condition. Charges be assessed for damages and extraordinary cleaing. Campfires are part of the camping experience. However, put the fire out properly when not attended. All fires must be of reasonable size as to not endanger anyone or . Do not move fire rings. Check-In/Check-Out Times: Check-in time is 3:00pm CST for cabins and noon CST for campsites. The check-out time for cabins and campsites is 11:00 AM CST. Late checkouts be charged an additional $5 hour and must be arranged ahead of time with the reservation staff. Drones & Hoverboards: At this time drones and hoverboards are not allowed in the park due to safety reasons. Entrance on to the campground property constitutes permission for the management of Yogi Bear's Jellystone Park™Mammoth Cave to photograph the visitor while on the premises and to use any resulting pictures for any lawful purpose without compensation to the visitor. The guest assumes all risks and danger incidental to the activity of camping in a rustic outdoor environment while participating in recreational activities, such as hiking, swimming, Jumping Pillow, or mini-golf at the Camp-Resort or of being injured as a result of inclement weather conditions, and agrees that the Camp-Resort and it's owners, agents and employees are not liable for injuries of property or damages resulting from such causes. Firewood should not be brought in from out of Kentucky. Pests and diseases harmful to our trees are frequently transported this way and have killed numerous trees in our Park already. In with a request from the Commonwealth of Kentucky we no longer allow out-of-state firewood in the Park. If through oversight you brought some into the Park, please do not take it off your truck/camper/vehicle. Please transport it back out of the Park when you continue your journey. We offer firewood for sale at the Ranger Station at a reasonable price and gladly deliver it to your site upon request. Fishing Ponds: Fishing is allowed in the ponds; however, it is catch and only. Swimming is not allowed in the ponds. Fall Festival and Halloween Weekends now require payment in full by August. Golf Carts: We have a limited number of golf carts for rent. We recommend reserving at the time you make your reservation. Friday and Saturday requires a 2-day minimum. You must be 21 years old to reserve and drive our golf carts. A credit card on file is required to rent a cart. Effective Jan 1st, 2018 personal golf carts are no longer allowed per Insurance requirements. Holiday Periods are Memorial Day, 4th of July, and Labor Day. A three-night minimum stay is required and must be paid in full prior to arrival. No discount is allowed during Holiday periods. Litter: Please help keep our Park beautiful. Please do not litter and please do not throw cigarette butts on the ground. The minimum Check-in reservation age is 21 years old. No operation of Unlicensed Motorized Vehicles: For example, scooters, mini-bikes, ATVs. You must be a legally licensed driver to operate any motor vehicle. Mopeds only allowed with current road licenses. Personal Golf Carts: Effective Jan 1st, 2018 personal golf carts are no longer allowed per insurance requirements. Quiet Hours: For the comfort of your neighbor, quiet time begins at 11:00 PM CST. This means no radios, loud music, or disturbing noises. Quiet time is from 11:00 PM CST to 8:00 AM CST (strictly enforced). All children are to be at your site/cabin during this time. Radios: Please keep the volume at a level so you can enjoy it, but your neighbors do not have to. Recycling: We offer recycling of aluminum, glass, and plastic at the Park. Recycling bins are located at the Pavilion and Karst Beach. Safe, Slow Driving is a MUST for cars, bicycles, and golf carts. Children are at play throughout the entire Park. Please observe the 5 1/2 MPH speed limit on all Park roads. This applies to cars as well. Safety Reasons: We do not allow fireworks, firearms, or weapons of any kind, ATVs, go-carts, scooters, or mini-bikes. Security Gates: When you check-in you receive one car tag and one barcode pass that is required for entry into our park. Extra vehicles be required to register in the Ranger Station to receive a car tag and a barcode pass. Extra vehicles are $5 night. Site Restrictions: Camping rates are for 1 camping unit plus 1 vehicle; an additional tent or vehicle may be added for an additional fee. Additional tent $10 a night. Extra vehicle $5 a night. Camping rates are based on 4 persons per site, additional per person fees are $15 per person during Peak Season/Holidays/Fall Festival/Halloween and $8 per person in Pre-Season/Post-Season (ages 3-60). A maximum of 8 persons and one family per site. Please do not ask for exceptions as we feel this is very generous. Smoking is not allowed in any cabin, game room, swimming pools, water zone splashpad and waterslide areas. Please dispose of cigarette butts properly. Trash Bags should be placed by the street between 8-10 AM and we pick it up. Please do not put it out the night before, as we have critters that just loved to get into trash bags and make a mess. Your Guests: Please register any incoming guests or visitors you may have arriving; a daily guest fee is applicable. Day visitors and guests may not bring pets and must wear a wristband at all times. All Guests and Visitors must wear a wristband at all times. All vehicles must display parking passes at all times. Alcoholic Beverages are restricted to your campsite for use in moderation only. While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement.

Cancellation Policy

MODERATE If the guest cancels at least 1 week before your check-in day and time, they will receive a full refund (minus Spot2Nite convenience or resort fees). If the guest cancels within the 1 week before check-in, there will be no refund.
