Registration and Arrival Check-In Procedure - Campsites: check-in 1:00 PM, check-out 12 Noon - Cabins: check-in 3:00 PM, check-out 11:00 AM - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. General Guidelines - Peak season runs from Memorial Day Weekend – Labor Day weekend. - Camping is an outdoor experience. - Therefore, we do not give refunds due to the whims of Mother Nature. - The management reserves the right to refuse service, limit the length of stay and the number of persons/vehicles per site, and/or evict any person or party without a refund. - Park staff are not allowed to work on guests’ RVs or other personal equipment. - The following are prohibited on park property: fireworks, firearms, BB guns, airsoft, pellet guns, drones, and metal detectors. - Personal golf carts are not allowed. - No battery-operated vehicles, motor-driven cycles, bikes, or scooters allowed. Children Policy - Children must always be supervised by their parent or guardian. Guest - Any guest who willingly or negligently defaces, injures, destroys, or removes resort property, or equipment, shall be held liable for the full replacement cost. Littering - Absolutely no littering will be tolerated. Trees - The gathering or cutting of live trees or other vegetation, including flowers within the resort is prohibited. Camping - Camping is a great outdoor experience. - Therefore, we do not give refunds due to discomforts of nature, illness, or work schedules. - This includes no-shows and early check-outs. Quiet Hours - 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM. Conduct - Loud or offensive noises, rowdiness, or ill-mannered conduct will not be tolerated at any time. Site Occupancy - Only one RV or tent is allowed per campsite. - Tent sites allow a maximum of six people per site. - People who are not registered on park property are considered trespassing. Smoking - We do not allow smoking in any buildings on our property, including cabins. - If you smoke inside our lodging units, cabins, or rentals, you will be charged a one-time cleaning fee of $250. Pool & Water Zone Areas - Children under 14 must be supervised by an adult, 18+ years, at all times. - Anyone behaving in an unsafe or destructive manner will be removed from the pool area. Visitors - Visitors may purchase a day-use pass and are required to check in at the office upon arrival. - Guests must leave the property by 10:00 PM. Photos & Videos: - Entrance to Jellystone Park constitutes permission for the management of Yogi Bear’s Jellystone Park Camp-Resorts to photograph and/or video-graph the visitor and all his/her guests while on the premises and to use pictures/videos for lawful purposes without credit or acknowledgment to the visitor. - Your signature provided at your check-in gives Yogi in the smokies, its assigns, licensees, and legal representatives the irrevocable right to use any picture, portrait, image, video, or photograph in all forms and media and all manners, including composite, for advertising, for publication or any other lawful purposes. - I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product, including a written copy, which may be created in connection therewith. Deposit: - One night deposit will be required at time of reservation, balance due at check-in. Minimum Reservation - A 2-night minimum applies during peak season. - A 3-night minimum applies for holidays (Memorial Day, Independence Day, and Labor Day). Pet Policy - Pets are welcome at Yogi in the smokies. - Please read the below guidelines as they vary by accommodation type. Cabins & Lodges - Pets are allowed in cabins and lodges but are subject to pet-friendly unit availability. - A $30 non-refundable cleaning deposit per pet, per stay is required. - 2 pet limit. - Pets may not be left unattended in your unit. - If you bring unregistered pets with you or bring pets into non-pet-friendly units, it will result in a $300 cleaning charge. RV Sites - There is a 2 pet limit per site. - Pets are free for RV sites. - We expect that you will clean up after your pet and they may not be left unattended outside of your unit. - Fences and pens are not allowed. - Pets must be leashed at all times. Tent Sites - Pets are not allowed on tent sites. - If you bring a pet to your tent site you will be removed from the park and no refund will be given. Aggressive Pets - Aggressive dogs of any breed are not welcome at our park. - If your dog shows behavior that is protective and unfriendly to strangers, please make accommodations for your pet to stay at home. - If your dog exhibits this behavior during your stay you will be asked to leave.
