Campground Policies: Memorial Day & Labor Day Policy: - Half of the total amount is due at the time reservation is made. if you cancel 30 days before the arrival date, we will refund the full amount, less 10% of the total site charges for the cancellation fee. - If canceled within 30 days of arrival date, the deposit amount is forfeited. ​ Minimum Stay Policies: - The policy for minimum stays is applicable up until 30 days prior to the desired date of arrival. within 30 days, we will accept fewer nights for reservations if available. - During Summer Months, we usually require at least a 4-night stay, but can always check for shorter stays based on what is available and how close we are to that date. Don't hesitate to ask via email or call and check! - Listed below are holidays and seasons we may require a minimum night stay: - Easter Holiday / Spring Break - Memorial Day Weekend - 4th of July - Labor Day Weekend - Halloween Weekends / October Break - thanksgiving Pet Policy: - Pets are allowed on all RV sites. Please let us know if you plan on bringing your four-legged friends! - We do require pets to be on a leash at all times while in the campground. - Pets are not allowed in our tent area which includes our Yeti Yurts. - Pets are not allowed in all of our rentals. Please inquire when seeking a rental and you would like to bring a pet. Pet fee will apply for rentals. Pets must be crated when left alone in rentals. - Pet Owner is responsible for any damage done by pets to our facilities or rentals. ​Credit Card Processing Fee: - When using a credit/debit card, there will be an added fee of 3.95% to the deposit or payment made. If you wish to avoid this fee, you may send a check for the deposit. The check must arrive within 7 days, otherwise, the reservation will be removed. If you wish to save some of the fees, you can bring cash upon arrival and avoid the processing fee on the remaining balance. Visitor Policy: - All visitors must come to the camp store to check-in and get a vehicle tag. - Day Visitors: $4 per person ( 5 yrs. & up) - Overnight Visitors: $8 per person (5 yrs. & up) While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement.
