Rules

Check-In Procedure - Check-In: 2:00 PM - Check-Out: 11:00 AM Registration Policy - All guests/visitors must register prior to entering the resort. Trash - Place all trash in dumpsters. - Do not leave trash outside overnight. Visitors Policy - Daily visitor fee is $10.00 per person. - Visitors must be with a registered guest and checked into the office. - Visitors must leave by 10:00 pm. Clotheslines - No clotheslines or other items may be tied to trees. RV’s/Cars - Two vehicles & one RV allowed per site. - Inquire at the office for additional vehicles. - No repair work allowed. ATVs/UTVs/ROVs/Scooters - All ATVs/UTVs/ROVs must be kept on trailers, no operation of ATVs/UTVs/ROVs is allowed within the Resort. - No scooters or motorized bikes allowed. Gate Pass - $20.00 deposit per electronic gate pass. - Refundable at the time of check-out and the electronic gate pass is returned in working condition. Golf Carts - Rentals are available at the office to Licensed drivers only. - Private golf carts must be insured and registered ($19) at the office prior to entering the Resort. - NO GAS-DRIVEN CARTS Speed Limit - Strictly enforced 5 mph within the Resort. Washing of Vehicles - No washing of any vehicles, campers, or RVs allowed. - Do not dump gray water on the ground. Site Selection - Do not change sites before checking with the office, site selection is only guaranteed for days paid. Boating on River - Electric, paddle, kayak, or rowboat only - No gas motors. Quiet Hours - 11:00 pm – 7:30 am. - Please respect other guests, and do not play TV or radio so loud that your neighbor can hear the noise. Fishing in the River - Fishing allowed from a bank. Bait is not sold at the office. - Please properly dispose of all fishing lines, hooks, etc. Pets Policy - Pets are welcome but must be on a leash and supervised at all times. - No pets allowed in the amenity areas or buildings. - All pet droppings must be picked up and disposed of properly. Swimming in the River - Swimming is not allowed. Campfires - Allowed in fire rings only, do not relocate fire rings. - Firewood may be purchased at the Store. - Do not cut trees, or branches, or remove bark from trees. Swimming Pool - Please obey posted rules and hours. - SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK | No lifeguard on duty. Children Policy - All children 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult. - Parents/Guardians are responsible for the actions and safety of their children. Smoking - No smoking allowed in any buildings, cabins, or park campers. - Do not discard cigarette butts on the ground. Tennis/Basketball/volleyball Court/Pavilion - In this area, no bicycles, skates, skateboards, or scooters are allowed. Fireworks/Firearms - Prohibited within the Resort. Alcoholic Beverages - Allowed at campsite only. Personal Property Policy - Please properly secure personal belongings. General Policy - Please do not walk through other guest’s campsites. - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement.

Cancellation Policy

MODERATE If the guest cancels at least 1 week before your check-in day and time, they will receive a full refund (minus Spot2Nite convenience or resort fees). If the guest cancels within the 1 week before check-in, there will be no refund.
