Hilton Head Island Motorcoach Resort is set on 50 acres of fully landscaped property and features over 400 beautifully paved lots. Located in the heart of the island, our resort is just a short walk from great restaurants and shopping and a bike ride from the beach! We offer an array of amenities including a pool, spa, tennis courts, pickleball courts, dog park and full laundry facilities. Between area attractions and resort events, you’ll always have something fun to do during your stay.

Check-In Procedure
- Check-in at 1:00 pm
- Check-out 11:00 am
- While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement.
Coach Condition Policy
- All incoming rental or guest coaches are subject to inspection by Resort Management and Staff.
- Coaches 10 years or older must have prior approval from management before accessing the resort.
- It is the responsibility of the Guest to provide pictures of the Coach and receive approval prior to making a reservation.
- Coaches which are deemed unsuitable for the resort will be denied a site, The deposit will be 100% forfeited.
Trash Pick-Up Policy
- Place all trash in a bag tied tightly and left at the end of your site by 10:00 am.
- Break down large boxes. DO NOT leave trash out overnight as it is an attractant to the wildlife in the Resort.
Pet Policy
- Beaufort County has a leash law.
- Pets must be on a leash, no longer than six feet, when outside the motorcoach.
- Pets must be always under control.
- The pet owner is responsible to pick up and dispose of all droppings left by pets.
- Receptacles and disposal bags are provided throughout the park.
- Please restrain dogs from barking and disturbing others.
- Pets are not permitted within the fenced area around the pool, tennis courts, or any building other than the rental office.
- Do not leave unattended pets outside of the coach at any time.
- Tethers may be used only when the owner is present, and must not allow the pet to reach beyond the front of the coach and borders of the
- Dog pens or fences are not allowed.
- Pets must comply with the Beaufort County Animal Ordinance which states that restricted dogs must be spayed or neutered unless the owner has written proof of exemption because of the age or medical condition of the dog.
Beaufort County restricts the following breeds Policy
- American Pit Bull Terrier
- American Staffordshire Terrier
- Staffordshire Bull Terrier
- American Bulldog
- American Bully
- Cane Corso
- Or any dog that exhibits physical characteristics which predominantly conform to the standards for these breeds.
- Animal Owners will be held responsible for the actions of their pets.
- All animal attacks must be reported to Beaufort County Animal Services.
Fishing Policy
- The resort lake is for viewing pleasure only.
Gate Cards Policy
- Cards should be returned in the red birdhouse on your final departure.
- Any unreturned cards will be billed at the rate of $15.00 for each card to your credit card on file.
Grills & Fires Policy
- No wood fires, charcoal grills, electric smokers, or open flames are allowed.
- Gas Grills are allowed.
Coach Washing Policy
- Guests staying at HHI Motorcoach Resort are allowed to wash any motorcoach with the water provided at the site.
- The front office has a list of local RV detailers that we can provide to you if you’re interested in having your coach detailed onsite.
- Detailers will bring along their own ionized water source to provide you with their best service.
Prohibited Items Policy
- Lights attached to trees, satellite dishes, clotheslines, drying racks, trash cans, gazebos, hammocks, scooters, drones, radio control boats or cars, skateboards, hoverboards, and golf carts except for use by resort staff, and all licensed slow-moving vehicles.
Emergency Entrance Policy
- Don’t forget your gate card. A $25.00 Resort Fee will be charged to any guest that needs assistance to gain access to the resort after 10:00 pm.
- Additional fines will be charged for climbing walls or gates.
Deposits Policy
- For all reservations, a 50% deposit of the total stay is due when the reservation is made.
- Discounts will be applied at check-in.
Vehicle Restrictions Policy
- This is a Motorcoach-only resort.
- We welcome Class A and Class C, with a minimum length of 18 feet.
- A Motorcoach shall mean a vehicle that has been categorized by the Recreational Vehicle Institute of America (RVIA) and does not include any type of vehicle which has been modified from the state in which it was originally manufactured.
- All incoming Motorcoaches greater than 10 years old must have prior approval from the Resort Management Staff.
- Motorcoaches that are deemed unsuitable for this resort, or which are likely to cause damage to a site shall be denied a site.
- We have the right to refuse entry into the Resort, as well as forfeit your deposit, if you misrepresent your coach in the reservation process - NO EXCEPTIONS.
Trailer Policy
- The Resort’s Secured Storage Area Is Limited Availability is based on first-come-first-served.
- If you’re towing a vehicle, your car dolly may be parked behind your coach except if you’re staying on a lakefront lot.
- Car Dollie storage is $10 per night.
- Trailers less than 20’ must be stored off of your lot.
- Flatbed/Cargo Trailer storage is $15 per night.
- Trailers over 20’ must be stored off-premises (Please call the Resort office beforehand for suggestions of storage locations nearby).
- Boats and Jet skis are prohibited on Resort grounds.
Transportation Policy
- Golf carts are prohibited except for management, staff, and representatives of the resort such as the resort-designated real estate company.
Check-In Policy
- Please be prepared to give your driver's license.
- If you plan to arrive after 5:00 PM, please call 843-785-7699 to let us know, parking is not guaranteed after hours.
- All arrivals must be escorted by Resort Valets - no exceptions will be made due to liability policies.
- Please note that due to insurance and liability restrictions, check-ins are prohibited during inclement weather (monitored by Charleston Weather Center) or after dark.
- For after-hour arrivals, limited temporary parking may be available next to the office with electric hook-ups (fees apply), and then a valet will be available to take you to your site the following morning.
- Be advised late check-outs will be applied at a charge of $25 per hour.
Pricing Policy
- All rates include full hookups, cable TV, Wi-Fi, access to our beautiful clubhouse with full bath facilities, exercise room (waiver required), lounge with game tables, and computers. - We also include access to our tennis and pickleball courts, children’s play area, basketball and shuffleboard courts, pool & spa, dog park, and dog wash.
- Rates are for four (4) people per site.
- Additional people, 3 years and older, are $10 per person, per night.
- Maximum of six (6) people per site.
Cancellation Policy
MODERATE
If the guest cancels at least 1 week before your check-in day and time, they will receive a full refund (minus Spot2Nite convenience or resort fees). If the guest cancels within the 1 week before check-in, there will be no refund.
