Check-In Procedure - Check-In: 10 am - You may arrive for check-in as early as 12pm. - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. Rig Policy - We accept bumper pull travel trailers, 5th-wheel travel trailers, hybrid campers, and motor coaches. - We cannot accept park models, destination trailers or tents, or travel trailers that exceed our size limits. - Due to our POA covenants, we do not accept pull-behind travel trailers with slides or 5th-wheel travel trailers with slides and they cannot exceed 35ft in length or 8 ft in width in their fully installed condition (which are to include tip-outs and slide outs). - Pull-behind travel trailers and fifth-wheel travel trailers cannot exceed 35ft in length or 8 ft. in width in their fully installed condition (which eight feet include tip-outs or slide-outs) and will be verified upon arrival. Reservation Policy - At the time of Booking 100% of the total stay is collected. - 50% of that is the deposit which is held in accordance with the cancellation policy. - Management reserves the right to move reservations/unconfirmed sites to a waitlist or a different site. - This deposit confirms the reservation but does not guarantee the site selected. - Site will be confirmed 30 days prior to the check-in date switching the 50% deposit from a refundable to a non-refundable deposit. - RV information must be accurate to the RV entering the resort, any change/difference can result in being turned away with no refund. - No refund will be issued for early departure. - If you are a “No Show” for your reservation No refund will be given at all. - Military rate will be applied at check-in with an Active or Retired Military DOD-issued ID Card. - To receive the extended stay discounted rate, guests must remain on the same site. - We reserve the right to move reservations to a waitlist in the event the resort is sold out. - Submission of a reservation request does not guarantee a site. Amenities Policy - No refund or proration of stay will be issued due to the loss of any additional amenity amenities. Tent Policy - We do not accept park models, destination trailers, or tents. Satellite TV Policy - Due to the natural foliage of the Resort Satellite TV signal is not guaranteed on any site. - An external black water sewer line is required and will be verified. Truck Camper Policy - Truck camper shells must remain on the truck body at all times while in the resort. Quiet Time Policy - Quiet Time is from 10 pm to 7 am. Pet Policy - Pets are to be on a leash at all times and picked up after.
