Rules

Hideaway RV Resort Rules and Regulations - Check-out at 11 AM; Check-in at 2 PM. All campers must immediately check-in at the upon arrival. Please contact the prior to arrival if you plan to arrive after normal business hours. Late departure requests must be received before the last night of the stay. A $25 fee be assessed for any late departures not granted by Hideaway RV Resort personnel. - Quiet Time: Our quiet time is from 9:00 PM - 8:00 AM daily. Please be courteous to others during all hours of the day. Please no loud talking, loud electronic devices, or other loud noise at any time. - Motorcycles: No loud pipes and they must adhere to the Quiet Time rule. Also, motorcycles may not come/go during Quiet Time. - The use of generators and excessive engine idling is prohibited. - The speed limit throughout the resort is 9 MPH. - All common areas are smoke free (including vaping). - Campsites and camping units must be regularly maintained in order to present a clean and pleasing appearance. - The use of drones is not permitted anywhere in the campground. - Fireworks are not allowed to be discharged in the resort. - Two cars limited per site on all campsites. No parking on another site without permission. Parking on the grass/landscape is forbidden and strictly enforced. - The following items are prohibited from being placed on the grass area: Carpets, inflatable pools, mats, artificial turf, and any other items that may cause damage to the landscaping. Only camping furniture is permissible to be placed on grass. - Caution - please do not place charcoal grills on the campsite picnic tables. - Please do not walk or drive across an occupied site. - One camping unit per site, no tent camping allowed. - Mechanical repairs or washing of RV's/vehicles are not allowed on premises without prior permission. - Campfires are allowed only at the waterfront community fire pits. Only organic materials are permitted to be burned (i.e. do not burn trash or plastic). - Privately owned golf cars must be registered at the campground . Golf cart owners must provide proof of proper liability insurance with a minimum of $50,000 coverage in Personal Injury and Property Damage held on the golf cart. Proof of insurance be kept on file in the . - Campers and their guests may not act in any manner that negatively impacts others, reduces the overall enjoyment of property, act in a way that can be viewed as a nuisance. - Hideaway RV Resort management reserves the right to select our clientele and refuse service. - Hammocks, pet runs, string lights, and clothes lines are not permitted to be attached to the trees. - Sewer Hook-Up: All sewer hoses must be undamaged and sewer connections must be tight to prevent sewage leakage. - Wastewater: The discharge of any wastewater onto the grounds is strictly prohibited. The use of formaldehyde or any other hazardous products are not permitted. - Trash pick-up takes place at 10 AM daily in front of each site, please do not set out trash overnight. - Pool is “swim at your own risk”. Further rules of use are posted at the pool area. - The individual listed on the reservation is ultimately responsible for their party members and their pets. Any damage to the property caused by the party associated with the site is subject to the full cost to restore the property to its original state. The credit card on file for the reservation be charged within a reasonable time period. - Pet Policy: - Do not leave your pet unattended at your site. - Pets MUST be on a leash at all times (not greater than 6 feet in length). - Pet excrement must be picked up immediately and properly discarded. - No dangerous, destructive, disruptive pets allowed. - Any pet must be documented with the park at the time of reservation -While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement.

Cancellation Policy

MODERATE If the guest cancels at least 1 week before your check-in day and time, they will receive a full refund (minus Spot2Nite convenience or resort fees). If the guest cancels within the 1 week before check-in, there will be no refund.
