General Policy: A deposit of 1 site must be placed at the booking The Circle must be reserved with a credit card to hold the reservation. All sites in the circle must pay in full 30 days prior to stay. 30 days prior to stay, any unpaid Circle site will be charged to the credit card on file. No refunds will be given for charges for unpaid Circle sites. In the event that an unpaid Circle site is charged to the credit card on file, it is the camper’s responsibility to collect the camping fee from the site that did not pay. Cabins need to be cleaned (floor swept, table cleaned, and trash cleaned up) prior to checkout. Keys need to be returned at checkout. Failure to clean cabin or return keys will result in loss of Cabin Deposit Fee. All camping fees are based on a family: Mother, Father, and 4 children. Must be 21 or older to reserve a cabin. The day is from 3 pm to 11 am the next day. Early check-in is (Noon- 3 pm) will be charged $10.00. Before noon is considered an extra day stay. All visitors of campers must register at the store and will be charged a daily visitor fee of $8.00. Visiting hours are from 10:00 am to 10:30 pm Reservations are encouraged. We charge a full deposit 30 days before your camping reservation. – must be paid in full. Deposit must be received 30 days prior to reservation. There are No cancellations within 30 days before any camping date. For Holiday Weekends we require 3 nights reservations- Reservation must be paid in full 30 days before camping. Or at the time of the reservation if less than 30 days. All children under the age of 13 must wear a life vest in deep water between buoys. Please bring them with you if you have them or we rent them for $5.00 per day and ID. Checking out late past 11 am will result in another day fee for camping. All rules are subject to change. Seasonal Policies All visitors must register at the office before entering the park. Please do not take guests into the park and check in after entering. All visitors need wristbands. All seasonal campers get 10 free guest passes. All grandchildren under 18 are free but must sign in. All additional guests are $8 per person per day. All seasonal guests can use the pool for an additional $1 per day for the pool. Seasonal children must pay $1 per day to use the pool. Seasonal adults can use the pool for free. All firewood must be ordered from the store. The Seasonal rate for a crate of firewood is $75.00. Please order before the weekend if possible and we will have the firewood delivered to your site. Seasonal campers are allowed to remain on the site year-round. However, Hi-Tide does not allow the removal of campers during the winter months. All-electric bills are paid in-store around the 7th of each month. Please pay with check or cash, No Credit Cards. While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement
