Gateway to the Smokies RV Park & Campground is your ideal vacation destination mixing incredible open-air scenery and warm, southern hospitality. Gateway to the Smokies is minutes away from adventures in the Great Smokey Mountains National Park as well as Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, and surrounding areas. If a day trip is on your agenda, we are a short distance from Sevierville, Knoxville, Nashville, and North Carolina. Gateway to the Smokies RV Park and Campground opened for business in 2019, and although we are new, rest assured our family has been in the hospitality/campground industry for over 30 years. We are a veteran and family owned/operated campground boasting 70 RV sites plus more on the way! If you like the outdoor life, but prefer the comfort of modern conveniences, we have 9 cabins of different sizes depending on your likes and needs. Whatever accommodation you choose, you can rest assured you will enjoy your stay. Gateway offers the ultimate camping experience with first-rate amenities, and top-rate service all within the beautiful outdoors. We are located less than a mile off the parkway, on the quiet side in the heart of Pigeon Forge. One right-hand turn onto the spur takes you into Gatlinburg where fun things await like Anakeesta, Ober Gatlinburg, and Ripleys Aquarium can be found. If you go a little further you can head into The Great Smoky Mountain National Park where adventures like hiking, biking, fishing, and touring can be found. Turn left and you are headed toward exciting activities like Dollywood, Splash Country, Titanic Museum, The Island, Comedy Barn, and dinner shows like Dolly Parton’s Stampede, Pirates, and Hatfield & McCoy’s. There are so many theaters, shopping stores, action rides, homemade fudge factories, moonshine distilleries, and restaurants to satisfy every taste. We are located on the Pigeon Forge trolley route which allows you to enjoy a ride to one of the many area attractions. Fill up on the fun, comfort, and great outdoors by staying with us!

Check-In Procedure - Check-In: 2:00 PM - Check-Out: 11:00 AM Check-In Policy - Longer stays will require another day’s rental fee for the site. If you arrive after the office is closed you MUST check in at the office before 10:00 AM otherwise your site will be given out. - Only campers with reservations will be admitted after 8 PM. No Refund Policy - At check-in please verify your dates for we do not do refunds. Visitors Policy - Visitors must register at the office before entering the park. (If there is a day-use fee that will need to be paid) all guests must leave the park by 11:00 PM. - Campsite maximum occupancy is 8 people per campsite. Quiet Hours/Courtesy to Your Neighbors - Are from 10:00 PM until 8:00 AM. - Please be considerate of others. - No loud music at any time! Anyone causing excessive noise, or a disturbance will be asked to leave without a refund. - Please do not shortcut through your neighbor's campsite. Children Policy - All minors must be at their campsite unless escorted by an adult after 10 PM. - Adult supervision is required for all minors (under 21) i.e. no leaving minors unattended. Conduct - Guests and their visitors are expected to behave in a manner consistent with a family atmosphere. - Littering, stone throwing, defacing trees, picnic tables, road signs, or any other campground or other camper’s property, and destructive or dangerous behaviors are strictly prohibited. Pets Policy - Household pets are welcome only in the campground area and NOT in the Cabins. - No aggressive pets or excessive barking pets allowed. - All registered guests must have proof of rabies vaccination when registering and be able to provide documentation if asked. - State law requires all pets to be on a leash. Pet owners MUST clean up all droppings and dispose of them properly at all times. - No pets allowed in any building, playground, activities center, or pool area. - Do not leave pets unattended. - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement.

Cancellation Policy

MODERATE If the guest cancels at least 1 week before your check-in day and time, they will receive a full refund (minus Spot2Nite convenience or resort fees). If the guest cancels within the 1 week before check-in, there will be no refund.
