Rules

Check-In Procedure: - Please meet with the park grounds manager to receive a key if you are looking for the Decatur RV House or an RV in Place. - You must leave your site by 5 PM on the last day of the month if you will no longer be staying with Decatur RV Park. - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. Times: - Check-In: 9 am - Check-Out: 5 pm Speed Limit: - There is a maximum speed limit of 10 mph while driving through the park. Tidiness: - Keep all of your belongings wholly within your site. This includes everything that you’ve brought with you: this includes your vehicle, chairs, tables, bicycles, hammock, trash, and toys. - Be a good neighbor and pick up after yourself. - As in all things during life, it takes a village, and we want renters that will do their part. - If there is an issue, we'll ask you once to remedy it before we handle it ourselves. Laundry Room: - Every renter should have a key and the laundry room should always be locked. - Please do not allow family members not living in a monthly rental to utilize the laundry facility. - Do not leave your clothes unattended. That means do not start a load of laundry and leave. - We are not responsible for your personal belongings. - Anything left overnight can and might get tossed out. Vehicle Restrictions: - This is a busy place. The maximum vehicle limit is two per site. - No nonfunctioning vehicle is permitted at all. - Vehicles must be able to be moved daily or on an as-needed basis by management. Friendly: - Be friendly! Wave, smile, and say hello! Most people are out to see new places, experience new things and are usually happy to meet new people. Roadways: - Try not to block the road for too long. This is a busy complex and you may not park or obstruct the flow of traffic in and around the complex. Pet Restrictions: - Pets are children too! - We welcome pets, but they must be under 50 pounds and on a leash when outside your space. - Please be good parents and pick up after your fur babies! - There is zero tolerance for keeping your pets' potty picked up! Be Respectful: - Please do not walk through other people’s sites. Be respectful of personal space. They’ve paid for that site, so it's theirs for the month! Noise Compliance: - Please be mindful of your noise. Especially between the hours of 10 pm and 7 am. RV Park Etiquette: - Please be mindful of your noise. Especially between the hours of 10 pm and 7 am. - When selecting your spot, try to park as far away from other campers as possible. That’s not always easy, but a kind courtesy. - Please do not walk through other people’s sites. They’ve paid for that site so it’s theirs. - Keep all of your belongings wholly within your site. This includes everything that you’ve brought with you: this includes your RV, tow vehicle, chairs, tables, bicycles, hammock, trash, and toys. - Minimize your loud generator! There is electricity, so no real need for generators, but if you must, please use it in blocks of time and make those times during normal waking hours! - Try not to block the road for too long. Take the time you need to get RV into the spot, but please do not handle repairs until you have cleared the roadway. Thanks! - Be friendly! Wave, smile, and say hello! Most people on the road are out to see new places, experience new things and are usually happy to meet new people. - Clean up after yourself. It’s just the basic care of disposing of your trash and leaving the space as clean as you found it. - Pets are children too! We welcome pets, but they must be on a lease. Cancellation Policy

Campground Cancellation Policy - 100% refund until 7 days before check-in. 50% percent refund 3 days prior, then 2 days prior the reservation is no longer refundable. - All refund calculations exclude the RoverPass service fees and credit card processing, which are non-refundable. RoverPass Cancellation Policy - The platform and processing fees are non-refundable. - Spot2Nite convenience fees are non-refundable.
