While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement Safety - Blue Hills Ranch is a wildlife sanctuary and wild animals are within our property. Please always keep a safe distance from all animals. Injury or death can occur from wild animals. ​Wheel Chairs - Blue Hills Ranch has a mixture of concrete and gravel. Currently, the parking lot is all gravel which leads to concrete pathways. Some of the sections of pathways are steep. Unfortunately, we do not claim to be an ADA property. This still is a working ranch. Waiver - Anyone entering the property is required to sign a waiver. Please stop up at our office (white house) on the street to sign the waiver. ​Cameras / Security - Blue Hills Ranch is monitored by a 24 hours security system. Staff members also wear body cameras. All footage remains the property of Blue Hills Ranch General Rules - No Smoking Ranch - Outside Animals are not allowed out of the RV area - No open flame allowed - Under 18 years old must be accompanied by an adult at all times - Wild animals are present and death or injury can occur - Not an ADA facility RULES & Guidelines - 6 adults per site - No open flame allowed (Cooking or Campfires) - RV must be well maintained, and older than 15 years must be approved by management. - Quiet time is from 10 pm to 8 am. - Generators are not allowed - Respectful to neighbors, if not will be asked to leave, no refund - Tents are not allowed - The maximum stay is 2 weeks - Pets must stay on a leash and are not allowed outside the RV area - Nonsmoking facility - RV spot must be cleaned up if not a cleaning fee will be charged accordingly - Camper shells are not allowed Rules & Regulations for ATVs / Golf Carts - Must be a member/cabin guest - Must be 21 years old to rent - 18 years old to drive - Must provide proof of FULL COVERAGE INSURANCE at time of rental - NO DRINKING OF ALCOHOL WHILE OPERATING IS PERMITTED - All occupants must remain seated and seatbelts fastened at all times - ATVs must remain on designated roads. GPS tracking and camera systems are in place - No outside ATVs are allowed on the property - 15 MPH Max Speed Limit - No feeding of the animals can take place without a Blue Hills Ranch Tour Guide present - Rental Period 3 pm - 10 am (unless early check-in or late check-out are purchased) ​
