Check-In and Check-out Policies - Check-in: 4:00 pm - Check-out: 11:00 am - Day visitor check-out: 11 pm same day - Overnight visitor check-out: 1:00 pm the next day - Holiday weekends require a 3-night minimum. - While site assignments are not guaranteed, we will make every reasonable effort to accommodate specific site requests or group camping. - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. Reservation Polices - Rates include up to 2 adults 2 children or 4 adults in one camping unit. - $12 per day for each additional person -No more than four adults per site (one camping unit) Campground Policies - Below, please find our campground policies. These policies are in place to ensure a pleasant, fun, and safe camping experience for all our campers. - Camping season: May 1st through October 16th - Tent, pop-up, and RV sites available - Family-friendly - Activities, events, and themed weekends - Seasonal camping with winter storage - Swimming, boating, and fishing - Free Wi-Fi Hot Spot Speed Limit Policy - Drive slowly, 5 MPH. Licensed drivers only. Children Policies - Children under 13 years old must be at their site by 9:00 pm, unless with an adult. - Children under 14 must have adult supervision in swimming areas. - Children under 16 must have helmets when riding bicycles per state law. Quiet Hours Policy - 11:00 pm until 8:00 am - Report disturbances when they occur so we can address them immediately. Visitors Policy - Visitors must register at the office upon arrival (fees apply) and may not bring pets. Neighbors Policies - Please respect the private property of neighbors. - No trespassing or cutting through sites. Trash Disposal Policies - Properly dispose of all trash in the dumpster. - Trash bags are provided for your convenience. Trolling Policy - Trolling (electric) motors only in the lake. Fireworks Policy - Prohibited. Firearms Policy - Prohibited. Illegal Activities Policy - Prohibited. ATVs Policy - Prohibited. Mopeds Policy - Prohibited. Motorized Scooters - Prohibited. Firewood Policies - STATE OF NH FIREWOOD BAN! - Please do not bring firewood from out of State. Pet Policies - Visitors may NOT bring pets - Pets must be on a 6-foot or less leash at all times and are not to be left unattended - Current rabies vaccination is required for all pets. *Must show proof upon arrival or the pet will not be allowed in the campground. - Please non-aggressive dogs only. - Clean up after your pet. We have pet clean-up stations throughout the entire campground for your convenience. - We provide a dog park for your pet to play, be lose and enjoy themselves but please pick up after them with the pet station provided in the park. - Do not bring your pet inside the pool fencing or playground areas. - Please consider leaving anxious pets at home so fellow campers do not have to listen to a barking dog. - RV CAMPER RENTALS: We do not allow pets in the rental campers. Golf Carts Transient Policies - Golf Carts (Personal): We do allow customers to bring personal Golf Carts as long as they show the office proof of insurance and follow the transient golf cart policy. - We recommend reserving a Golf Cart prior to arrival as they book up quickly. If available, carts may be picked up earlier for an additional fee. Carts must be driven by Licensed drivers ONLY (the office needs to see the license of every driver) - Pick-up Rental: 2:00 pm - Drop-off Rental: 1:00 pm - $50/day - $100/2 days - $350/week - Autumn Hills Campground reserves the right to refuse admittance or use of any golf cart at any time for any reason. - The following rules must be followed: - Proof of Insurance required *May email or bring in a hard copy - Electric golf carts only - Hours of operation – 8 AM to 11 PM (except for staff) - Licensed drivers only (except for staff) o Licensed drivers – users of your golf cart must be listed in the office on your site. - This includes any visitors that may come in as well. We may ask for proof of driver's license. - Golf carts are subject to a safety inspection at management’s discretion - No driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs. - The key must be removed and the brakes locked while the golf cart is parked - Please respect other campers' safety and enjoyment. - 5 MPH AT ALL TIMES! - Golf Cart users must follow all the same NH Rules & Regulations that apply to vehicles - Golf Carts must have a backup sensor - Golf Carts must have working headlights and brake lights - All Golf Carts must include your Site # on the cart - Golf cart must remain in Autumn Hills Campground at all times. - Golf carts operated after sunset must have lights turned on. - Golf carts must be operated properly. Horseplay, racing, or other misuse of carts will not be tolerated. - Carts are to be operated on Campground roadways only. - No driving through campsites or other restricted areas. - Infants and children CANNOT be held on the driver's lap while the golf cart is in motion. Agreement of the terms of Golf Cart Transient - I have read and agree to the terms of this agreement. - I hereby state that I have insurance coverage and agree to pay for any damage done to Autumn Hills Campground property. I will hold harmless Courage & Kindness, LLC d.b.a Autumn Hills Campground from and against any and all liability, including bodily injury and property damage arising out of the use or operation of the golf cart by myself or anyone using or operating the golf cart under my site permit. I am at least 21 years old. I have received a copy of this Agreement and agree to all of the terms and rules contained herein. Violation of these rules may result in loss of operating privileges. Campsites Policies - One family and one camping unit per site (4 adult max/site). - Campfire hours are 5 am – 9 am and 5 pm – 12 midnight. - Fires are permitted in fireplaces only and may not exceed the height of 2 feet. - Never leave your fire unattended and do not move fireplaces per the order of the Fire Warden. - No cutting of firewood at the site. - PROHIBITED in fire – pallets/building lumber with nails, long logs, cans, bottles, or garbage. - No cutting, nailing, or defacing of trees. - Campsites must be kept neat and clean, free of litter. We reserve the right to charge a cleaning fee of $25-$50 if the site is not clean of trash & debris upon departure (checkout). 2023 Important Rental Trailer Information Policies - Check-in and Check-out Procedure - Check-in time is 4:00 pm or after for any rental. - Checkout time is 11:00 am. - For early arrivals, please inquire at the office for availability. At the time of check-in, a security deposit of $150 will be due. You may pay your security deposit with Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, or cash. NO CHECKS are accepted at the time of arrival. No prepaid Gift Cards will be accepted. - Late checkouts will be assessed a one-night fee. The security deposit will be refunded at checkout after inspection and approval of the Rental Trailer. - 8.5% New Hampshire State Lodging Tax will be applied to all stays. - There is a 2-Night minimum from May thru October, and a 3-Night minimum for holidays. - A 50% deposit is required at the time of reservation for Rental Trailers. Any reservation of 2 nights must be paid in full. - The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to your arrival. Failure to do so may result in cancellation and loss of deposit. - No refunds will be given for canceled reservations on any Rental Trailers. - No pets are allowed in Rental Trailers or on the site of a Rental Trailer unless specified. - NO SMOKING in any Rental Trailers at any time. - Please do not flush any baby wipes or feminine hygiene products. - What to bring - Towels - Personal hygiene products - Bedding - Camping Chairs - Hotspot - There is no WiFi in the rental campers - Firestick/Roku - Non-Smart TVs with HDMI hookup capabilities & DVD players
