Antelope Valley RV Park is located at 776 West Highway 50 in Delta, Utah. Our park is open to the public. This 5.44-acre oasis in high desert country with full-grown trees. It is only two miles from Gunnison Bend Reservoir, which offers bass fishing, swimming, boating, and a beach. If rock hounding is your passion, this area will thrill you with Garnets, Topaz, Apache tears, Red Beryl, and Trilobites. This resort is a great destination spot for fishermen and rock hounds or a convenient stopover for any traveler. Our park is fully improved with water, power and sewer hook-ups. On-site Restroom and Shower, Laundry Facilities, Picnicking and Horseshoes. Off-Site: Swimming, beach area, fishing, boating, golf, rock hounding, and two fascinating local museums.

Arriving Late
- No problem.
- For short-term stays.
- If you arrive after closing times, you can check in online.
- Please check your emails and follow instructions from there.
- But please stop by the office the next morning to let us know you are here.
- For long-term (extended stays), please contact the office and let us know when you think you will be arriving at (435) 500-1501.
Quiet Hours
- 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM.
- Please be respectful and mindful of your neighbors.
- Please do not run your trucks for extended periods of time.
- Loud and unruly behavior will not be tolerated, and if this rule is not followed, you may be asked to leave.
- No generators between these hours.
- Excessive noise is not permitted at any time.
- Please be considerate to your fellow campers.
- Do not allow your vehicles to run longer than 10 minutes to warm up.
- Excessive noise may result in your reservation being canceled immediately.
Camp Fires
- No open campfires at this time but you may have contained fires.
- Please call us for more info about this at (435) 500-1501, and we will be happy to answer any questions you may have.
Visitor Policy
- We love having visitors.
- We just ask they come into the office to register their vehicle.
- To guarantee your RV spot, a deposit equal to at least your first night will be charged to your credit card at the time you make your reservation.
- Balance owed is due at the time of arrival.
- Please check in with the office if possible.
- Make your online reservations anytime, day or night, at antelopevalleyrvpark.com.
- You'll receive a confirmation email from us once you complete your reservation.
- While we will make every attempt to accommodate special requests.
- We are not able to assign specific sites prior to your arrival.
- While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement.
Conduct
- Standards of conduct and expectations are established by the campground to maintain the harmonious and orderly ambiance of the campground and maximize the enjoyment of the campers and guests.
- As well as the general obligation to behave in an orderly, polite manner that is respectful of other campers.
Campground
- The campground will allow the camper to use its common features and attractions, which are shared with all other campers.
- Because of varying numbers of campers, maintenance requirements, and weather, there is no guarantee of availability of any common features or attractions.
- There are aspects of any recreational experience that cannot entirely be controlled or made free of risk.
- The campground is not liable for weather conditions, natural events, damages caused by wrongful conduct, or carelessness of others.
- By signing this agreement, the camper acknowledges that by participating in recreational activities.
- The camper accepts the risks which are inherent in the recreational activity.
- Limits the liability of the campground and imposes duties on the camper to take precautions for their own safety while engaged in recreational activities.
- Reimbursement of campground for losses caused by camper.
- In the event that any action or omission of the camper or guests or the camper causes the campground to pay damages to any other person or party.
- The camper shall reimburse the campground for those damages, as well as the attorney fees and expenses incurred by the campground.
- The camper is responsible for removing the unit with appropriate care for the campsite to restore the campsite to its original condition.
- The campground may determine, for any reason in the campground’s sole discretion, that it is necessary for the camper to leave the premises of the campground prior to the scheduled end of the period.
- In such an event, the campground will direct the camper to leave the unit and the campground.
- The camper will be given one (1) day to cease to occupy the unit and campground.
- Five (5) days to remove the unit from the campground.
- In the event of a disturbance of the peace and order of the campground.
- The campground reserves the right to require the camper to leave immediately.
- If the agreement is terminated early, the camper has no right to a refund.
- There shall be a charge of $25 per day for non-removal of a unit on or before the date on which the unit should be removed, which shall commence on the date of termination and continue until the unit is removed from the campsite.
- No transfers or assignments of agreement.
- This agreement is solely between the camper and the campground.
Camper
- The camper may not transfer this agreement to any other person or persons or assign the camper’s obligations to any other person.
- The sale or repossession of a unit shall result in early termination, and removal of the unit unless the campground agrees, in its sole discretion, to enter into a new agreement.
- The camper is advised that Utah Law limits the liability of the campground and imposes duties on the camper to take precautions for their own safety while engaged in recreational activities.
- The camper will use the campsite in a manner that is safe, orderly, lawful, sanitary, clean and respectful of the rights of other campers and of the campground’s property and other guests.
- The camper will supervise minor children, guests, and pets.
- In the event that any action or omission of the camper or guests or the camper causes the campground to pay damages to any other person or party.
- The camper shall reimburse the campground for those damages, as well as the attorney fees and expenses incurred by the campground.
- You agree to peacefully vacate the campsite on or before the termination day of this agreement and return the site to its original condition upon removal of your RV and personal property.
- You agree to pay $25.00 per day for each day past the termination of this agreement.
- If you fail to remove your RV and property after the termination of this agreement, the campground will attempt to contact you for five (5) days.
- If it is necessary for the campground to remove the unit to storage, the campground is not responsible for damage caused by removal, and you agree to pay $150.00 for the campground’s expenses for removal and a storage fee of $25 per day.
- If you elect to leave early for any reason or are required to leave prior to your termination date at the discretion of the campground, no refunds will be given.
- This agreement is non-transferable.
- If you are an extended stay guest (over 29 days) and have been approved to stay, you will still need to check in at the office and sign the extended stay agreement.
- Campers are responsible for everyone on their campsite.
- Non-registered visitors are required to leave the campground by 10:00 PM.
- Visitors are required to check in at the front office upon entering the park.
- Disturbances past 10:00 PM could result in the group being removed from the park.
Deposit & Payment Policy
- Policy applies to online, phone-in, and walk-in reservations.
- Reservations less than 30 days, payment in full is required to complete any booking of 29 days or less.
- Reservations 30 days or more, for extended stays, we require one month to be paid in full and all associated fees to complete the booking.
- Payment for subsequent months must be paid on the first of each month.
- Invoices will be delivered electronically three days prior to the start of the next period.
- No exceptions.
- Monthly bookings with overdue payments will be canceled.
- All reservations will receive an electronic reservation confirmation.
- Please review this confirmation and contact the park office immediately if there are any discrepancies.
- All reservations booked online or over the phone will be subject to a non-refundable administrative booking fee.
- Failure to provide payment on the first day of any booking will result in the immediate cancellation of the campsite reservation.
- Credit card information will be stored on file for the duration of the campsite booking.
Reservation Policy
- All online and phone-in reservations are subject to an administrative booking fee of $2.00.
- Extra charges that may apply (extra people/pets, tents, oversized RVs, etc.) are payable at the time of booking.
- If you shorten your reservation at check-in or less than 15 days prior to arrival, you do not receive a refund for those days.
- Antelope Valley RV reserves the right to move any booking to another site.
- Bookings may be subject to site changes without notice to accommodate longer bookings or larger RV units.
- Antelope Valley RV makes every attempt to accommodate requests and keep groups close together.
- Reservation fee payments will confirm that you have read and agree to all policies, rates, rules, and regulations.
- Antelope Valley RV reserves the right to remove or refuse entry to any person who violates or disregards a park policy.
- No refund will be provided.
- Park guests and their visitors agree to use this campground at their own risk.
- Antelope Valley RV is not responsible for damage, injury, or loss to persons, pets, or property.
- We reserve the right to make changes to the rules, regulations, and fees at our discretion.
- To guarantee your campsite, a deposit equal to at least your first night will be charged to your credit card at the time you make your reservation.
Pet Policy
- Guests are permitted a maximum of 2 dogs per site.
- Charges for each additional dog will apply.
- Each additional dog over 2 will be $25 per pet/per month fee and must be approved prior to bringing it to the park.
- All pets must be current on all vaccinations, and proof must be given to the office.
- Aggressive dogs of any breed are not welcome at our park.
- If your dog shows behavior that is protective and unfriendly to strangers or is aggressive towards the animals on the premises, please leave it at home.
- If you decide to bring your dog and it exhibits this type of behavior, you will be asked to leave (or be evicted) and forfeit any refund.
- While Antelope Valley RV Park does not explicitly prohibit any breed of dogs, all dogs are required to be under the voice control and visual observation of their owner at all times.
- Pets must be under the control of individuals aged 16 years and above.
- A 6' (six foot) leash rule is in effect whenever the animal is outside the owner's camping trailer, vehicle, park model, or motorhome.
- No dog is allowed to be left tied up and unattended outside the owner's vehicle/trailer/motorhome and/or park model.
- Tie-outs may not be placed on trees or in a public area.
- Pets must be kept on a leash at all times, with the exception of within the off-leash pet area, and are not permitted to roam freely.
- Owners are responsible for the pick-up and disposal of all pet waste immediately.
- Allowing your pet to bark uncontrollably day or night will not be permitted, and you may be asked to leave if you are not able to control your pet's barking behavior.
- Service dogs of any breed are welcome.
- However, these animals must follow leash restraint policies and may not exhibit aggressive behavior.
- Emotional support animals are not considered service animals.
- Guests are responsible for any injuries or damage caused by their pets.
- In addition, the owner of any pet that causes injury or damage to another guest is expected to resolve the issue directly with the injured party.
- We are not responsible for any injury or damage caused by pets.
- Pets must be on a leash in campgrounds and other designated areas.
- Pet waste must be cleaned up in a timely manner.
- Pets are welcome.
- However, you must abide by the pet policy listed above.
- Pets must be kept on a leash at all times with the exception of within the off-leash area.
- Owners are responsible for the pick-up and disposal of their pet’s waste immediately.
- Pets must not cause noise disturbance.
- Pets must not be aggressive.
- Guests are permitted a maximum of 2 dogs per site.
- Charges for additional dogs will apply.
Park Rules & Guidelines
- All customers and/or guests must abide by the following rules and guidelines, with no exceptions.
- Maximum 6 people on a single campsite – either a maximum of 4 adults or a combination of 2 adults and 4 dependent children.
- Charges for additional campers will apply.
- Maximum of 1 camping unit per campsite.
- Camp fees must be paid upon arrival at the campground.
- No hook-ups will be provided until Antelope Valley RV has received payment.
- Payment must be made by cash, debit, or credit.
- No e-transfers, cheques, or other methods of payment will be accepted.
- Long-term reservations must be paid electronically and in advance.
- Antelope Valley RV does accept and prefers advanced payments.
- Antelope Valley RV reserves the right to remove vehicles of guests that refuse to provide payment.
- Towing will be at the owner’s expense.
- Check-out time is 12:00 PM.
- No late check-outs.
- Guests may check in as early as 1:00 PM.
- Antelope Valley RV is not responsible for lost or stolen property during your stay.
- No refunds will be provided for any guest who is removed for violation of park policy.
Speed Limit
- The speed limit within the campground is 4 mph, with no exceptions.
ATVs
- Use of ATVs, dirt bikes, or other recreational vehicles is not permitted within park boundaries.
Trees
- Protect our trees.
- No trimming, cutting, or gathering from trees.
- Please do not climb trees or put any nails into the trees.
Campfires
- Campfires are permitted only within the fire pits and are subject to fire regulations/bans.
Children Policy
- Children must be supervised at all times.
- Parents are responsible for their children’s safety and conduct, and any injuries or damage that they may incur or cause.
- Unsupervised children who cause disruption for other guests may be asked to leave the park with their entire group.
Neighbor
- Please be respectful of your neighbor’s privacy.
- Do not enter another guest’s campsite without their permission.
Fireworks
- Fireworks and firecrackers are not permitted at any time.
Physical or verbal abuse
- Physical or verbal abuse, including threats or intimidation, toward any park staff, guest, or visitor will not be tolerated and will be dealt with accordingly, which may include removal or police involvement.
Drugs
- Public intoxication and drug use of any kind is not tolerated and will result in the police being called and immediate removal from the park.
- Alcohol may be consumed within the confines of your campsite only.
Tools
- Antelope Valley RV does not lend out tools or supplies.
- Items are available for sale at many local shops nearby.
Cleanliness
- The cleanliness of the park is important to us.
- Sites are to be kept clean and orderly, as determined by the park management.
- Please leave restrooms and laundry facilities as you find them.
- If they need attention, please notify management.
Late Payment Fee.
- Any fees or charges that are not paid when due are subject to a late payment fee of seventy-five dollars ($75).
- In addition to the late payment fee.
- The campground will charge interest on unpaid fees in the amount of one and one-half percent (1.5%) per month for all fees not paid two weeks or more after the due date.
- If you elect to leave early for any reason or are required to leave prior to your termination date at the discretion of the campground, no refunds will be given.
- The reservation is non-transferable.

Cancellation Policy
FLEXIBLE
If the guest cancels at least 3 days before their check-in day and time, they will receive a full refund (minus Spot2Nite convenience or resort fees). If the guest cancels within the 3 days before check-in, there will be no refund.
