Check-In Procedure - Check-in is time 2:00 PM - Check-out is time 1:00 PM - Cabins/RV Rentals Check-in time is 3:00 PM - Cabins/RV Rentals Check-out time is 11:00 AM - Minimum Check-in age is 21 years old - Guests 17 Years of Age and under at the time of check-in are considered children - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. Our Mission - To provide the ultimate outdoor family resort experience. For the Safety and Enjoyment of All Guests - Have a great time in a manner that is safe and respectful of other guests. - Drive Slowly and Watch for Children. - Quiet Hours are from 11:00 pm to 8:00 am. - Children under the age of 18 should be accompanied by an adult after 10:00 pm. - Dirt Bikes and ATVs are not allowed inside the campground. They can be parked outside the gates. - After hours emergency contact - DIAL 911 in the event of an emergency. - For campground personnel, dial 585-548-9002 Cabins - There is a two-night minimum on all cabins and RV rentals. Helpful Information Fire Wood - State law prohibits out-of-state firewood. - Only local firewood may be brought into the park. - Dry firewood is available for purchase in the park. Pets Policy - We are a Pet Friendly Campground - Friendly pets that are current with their vaccinations are welcome. - Pets must be kept on a leash at all times. - There is a Non-Refundable $50.00 Pet Fee for Pet-friendly units. Helmets - Bike Helmets are strongly recommended and required by State Law for anyone under 16 years of age. Trash - We ask that our guests please take their trash to our dumpsters. Swimming Policy - Never swim alone. - A minimum of two adults 18 years of age or older must be present whenever this swimming facility is in use, with at least one adult on the pool deck. - There is no substitute for adequate supervision. - Children under 16 years of age must be accompanied to the bathing facility by a parent or guardian or similar adult responsible for their safety and behavior. - In an emergency, notify the facility operator and contact help immediately. The manager’s phone number is posted on the office door. Telephone numbers for the nearest emergency medical service are posted. - Only use this facility during the posted hours of operation. - Don’t drink alcohol and swim. - Family Friendly Rates include 2 adults and immediate children 17 years & under living in the same household. - All stays must be paid in full at the time of reservation. - Limit 4 adults per site. Holidays - There is a three-night minimum stay on the holiday weekends of Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, & Columbus Day. Cabins - There is a two-night minimum on all cabins and RV rentals.
